Fast delivery and good quality.
The phone came really fast with one day delivery option. About the quality, this phone is totally new and in good condition. The only problem is that my phone is the Latin American version (sold in Brasil). I had a hard time setting the language to English (the phone was in Portugese or whatever..I am not sure). Since this phone is from a foreign country, it will not have US warranty. I just found out about this today. About the phone's qualilty, Pros: Fast performance, brilliant camera, solid build quality. Cons: low resolution screen with Pentile Oled display (not really sharp), overheating (heavy games...), mediocre battery life. Network and call quality: call quality is OK with T-mobile network. This phone does not support VoLTE (HD Voice). Furthermore, it also cannot use T-mobile's 4G LTE network. The phone is only able to ultilize HSPA+ (maximum speed is just 7.2 mbps).

Where is my ecosystem
I used to be an iphone guy. For a really long time. My problem now is to find the replacement to my apps, as and example, my home banking app. Not everyone think out of the android or ios box, so, for me, now, thats the only problem. The phone indeed is beautiful. The camera is good (not so good when you use the fancy nokia app) and the performance is flawless. The only thing that bother me is when you unlock the phone or when you change from one app to another you see a loading screen for a brief time. Besides that, the phone is a great piece of hardware and windows phone is still growing.

Great Phone but Beware
This is an awesome phone as far as usability and apps are concerned. Very lightweight as well, better battery life with more power saving options, and above all, allows me to uninstall an app (unlike my Gingerbread Android). I'm loving it. But this phone fails at one big point. No 4G/LTE compatibility with T-Mobile USA or AT&T USA. Both are major GSM (sim-card) carriers. 1700/2100 MHz BOTH are required to get 4G signal. Just 2100 MHz will not work! Using ookla app the best speed I've seen on this phone is 6 Mbps download in an area T-Mobile USA advertises LTE speed. Whereas it should be around 15 Mbps (more than double) IF it could catch LTE.

Great phone and "strange service"
Despite of having paid custom taxes, it was cheaper than in my country. Little weird that it contained a French SIM card inside, as it was brand new.

PVCS truth in advertising and transparency REGARDING Nokia Lumia 925 unlocked phone for sale
I would not recommended the seller, PVCS, in buying an unlocked NOKIA cell phone for the following reasons. After contacting the seller on or about 14 January 2014 regarding trouble hearing voice calls with the Nokia Lumina 925 that I had bought on November18, 2013, I searched on the web to see if others were having a like problem. Eventually found myself at following website: [...] After entering the data they required, model number and serial number/IMEI for the NL 925, I was surprised to get the following message: โOut of warranty in the USโฆโฆ device was not designed for the us market: we do not have the capability to repair devices that were not designed for the us market. Please check the warranty information that was included with your device and/or contact your point of purchase. If you purchased the device in the US and you determine that your device came with a US warranty, please include a copy of your proof of purchase that confirms the device was purchased in the United States and a copy of the in box US warranty documentation when you send your device in for repairโ. The only paper work that came with phone was in large part in CHINESE, and the part that was in English referred to support/repair facilities in Hong Kong and Macau. I contacted the sellerโPVCS--regarding the above and their email to me stated โโฆThis is what it says on out Comments, *NOT USA LTE,Check 3G Compatibility!* that it self means its not usa item.โ I followed up with a response to the above with the following: I am NOT questioning what it reads as much as WHAT IT DID NOT READ and DO NOT AGREE a conclusion could be made from โNOT USA LTE, Check 3G Compatibility?โ one can leap to the conclusion that, in your words โits not usa itemโ. I in fact did check with my cell carrier and was satisfied it would work with them. To be honest and fair with your customers, truth in advertising and transparency would suggest you should have stated what in fact nokia.com/us-en states on their website, that is: โThis device was not designed for the US market and Nokia.com/us indicates they do not have the capability to repair devices that were not designed for the US market. Device therefore does not come with a US Nokia warranty and/or information on Nokia US based support services.โ

Unfortunately this phone acts more like a prototype to anything nokia/MS has released recently
I really was a fan of the 710 for about 2 and a half years and thought this past summer it was a time for an upgrade. Unfortunately this phone acts more like a prototype to anything nokis/MS has released recently. Aesthetically it is very sleek and thin. A pretty decent size screen. I would say in this department the 925 is more appealing than any Iphone prior to the 6. The camera is very nice and for a phone that is already pretty dated it competes with newer phones. The phone though has bugs. Within in 6 months this is going to be the second time I will be replacing the headphone jack due to it being damaged. I'm not sure what is causing this. I have never had this problem with any previous phones. I figured the first time it was due to bad habits such as leaving my headphones in the jack while not in use or maybe accidentally twisting the headphones. It could be that my sol republic headphones are causing this but regardless if that is the case I did not have this problem with the 710. I used sol republic, cheap gummy JVCs, scull candy and other headphones with my 710 and never came across this problem. Second within the last month my phone no longer flips the screen depending on my position. For most apps I now have to keep my phone horizontal at all times. The camera is not affected by this luckily. Also the home screen and certain apps function vertically. Overall I'm not too satisfied. I like my 925. But in my advice I would suggest you to pay a little extra for the 1020 which is probably a much more completed product

There is no other software better programmed
Im giving it 5 stars, because of the reasons im giving you next: 1.- With only 1 gb RAM and 1 Ghz, it runs a lot better than any ios or android device. 2.- The personalization. It's so personalizable, you won't even believe it. If your friend got another one of this, it will be imposible for you to confuse wich wone is who's. 3.- Windows 8 is FREE actualizable. Not like Android. 4.- Is very easy to use and learn. 5.- Games run perfect 6.- Last but not least, the camera. It's so amazing the quiality of that camera. Me and my family went to Disney World, we have a proffesional photocamera, but no, we took the photos with this little guy. Those were the Pros, now the contras 1.- The Nokia Market (App store/ Google Play) has not that much of apps. But its growing, so in a year or so it will have a lot more (i believe). 2.- It's hard to find a hardcase for this or any nokia lumia, due to the amount of people that have one. 3.- Internet Explorer. I know a lot of people say Internet Explorer is bad (and it is) but not in the nokia lumia. Its like the safari in ios, but with another name/logo. But, (at least today 01/18) there is no Firefox/Chrome app in the market. I Hope this helped you for deciding if your going for this. To give you a final frase, I had a iPhone 5, and changed it for this. Without lying at all, if you compare the nokia lumia 925 with the iPhone 5, the iPhone 5 is total CRAP. :D

Productive, Elegant, and Affordable
I decided to give this phone a try and I loved it. From the very beginning, I saw that this phone was meant for business users. While the UI isn't as flashy as android, there is no lag, no constant avertisements, and it was integrated with all the MS products that I use for school and work. Best of all, I really loved the way everything just worked. I have not expericenced a single crash or had to search the app store for something that should have been included with the phone in the first place. The only downside to this phone was, of course, the app store itself. Although, I never play games or use social media, certain utility and financial companies, do not have an app for WP8. I was a little unhappy, but I would glady use a web-browser page in the meantime. If you just want a phone that just works, I highly recommend giving this one a try. The os is smooth, your privacy is respected, and you don't have spam in your face 24/7. It gets you in and out of your life without requiring you to spend hours of your time on the web looking for solutions and reviews for the most basic applications.

Good phone
Not my first windows phone, so I knew what I was getting into with the operating system. Overall I like the phone and have no complaints.

Absolutely superb
This flagship Nokia Lumia 925 is without a doubt the best mobile phone I have ever seen. The Windows Phone 8.1 operating system is now patched with the Black update which removes just about all annoyances of the Windows Phone system. the addition of custom tones for text and email for example. Integrates with Facebook, Windows Live, SKYdrive (that was a dig at Sky BSkyB who think they own the word "sky" now) and LinkedIn. Also comes with Office mobile which integrates perfectly with Microsoft Exchange email servers. the phone feels expensive. Such smooth glass. Metal chassis. Snappy processor. Most of all of course the Windows Phone live tiles deliver information at a glance of your home screen. The Amoled screen which is vivid and bright in daylight and dim and calming in the dark. I almost forgot to say that the camera is superb and comes with an LED flash although it works in surprisingly low light levels without it. I really can't praise this phone enough. Buy one!

Great handset, super build, WP still lacking
As the heading suggests, if you are not brand/OS loyal to Apple or Android, then this is a great option, solid build, good camera, fast, smooth operation. I used for a while and really enjoyed it, just missed a number of apps which are still not available on WP.

Ace phone
This is my second Windows Phone and in cosmetic (software) respects there's no distinguishable difference between WP 7.8 and 8, but this phone takes advantage of NFC, wireless charging and is 4G ready. The 4.5 HD screen is pretty much comparable to Retina on iPhones, to my eyes. It's very light, has good built quality, and as ever the OS is zippy and intuitive. The constant - and valid criticism - of all WP phones is lack of apps, but the gap is shortening in regards to all the big ones (Instagram was released just a few days ago), so if you find app variety is not too big a deal right now, this Lumia is probably the best phone in terms of price-feature ratio.
