The best gear
This is the same equipment pros wear. My son is in High School and beats up his gear. This set is the first time a catchers set has held up, and been comfortable for those rough summer tournaments with back to back games

Great Company to Work With
BP Athletics is a family owned small business and sells quality athletic equipment. They were great to work with when I had a problem fitting leg guards of the catchers gear we bought as a kit for my son. As soon as I wrote about the problem, the owner called me directly and helped me to determine which size was the best fit for him.He also allowed me to return only the guards from the kit so that my son could keep the vest and the mask which fit perfectly. He didn’t have to do this.I would definitely buy from this company again through Amazon or directly!

It's everything you wanted it to be.
My son is the varsity catcher at a division 1 high school. He's 5'8" 150lbs. Small catcher for varsity. Chest protector fits him well. Probably too big for anyone smaller. All other parts are good. I'd suggest having backup mask, glove, and at least one chin guard so if something breaks or needs repair, you have what is needed to finish that inning. Been a catcher from 10U through senior year in high school. Had to turn down colleges... Just moving on after high school.

size too large
The set was very well made and attractive it was just too large for my 15 year old and the intermediate set too small. Really the helmet and chest protector were great but shins too small wished you could select shin size like 15-15.5 vs the 16.5
