Was a little expensive but what fancy teas aren't. The quality is good and the taste is nice. And I would say they definitely help me, 1 cup in morning and 1 cup early evening. (Same teabag). 😀

Great taste and very effective too. I absolutely noticed the difference when I ran out. A little on the pricey side but you dont mind paying extra for something that works.

The herbal tea is good but it did nothing for water retention and I could'nt see it on the scales in the morning compared to drinking an other herbal tea. But taste isn't bad.

It really worked for my bloating and I used them on night-shift, normally my legs and ankles swell during my shift (nursing assistant at the hospital) but at the end of my shift I didn't have sock marks around my ankles as I normally do after a 13 hour shift, I also have IBS and I felt like this was really soothing for that to.

I bought this because I have fluid retention and hoped not to have to use medication for it, but this tea didn't do anything for me. I didn't lose any fluid despite drinking it every day. I think it was a waste of money.

Very nice and satisfying tea. Does what it doesn't say on the packet in a subtle way. You only know when you stop taking it
