Just like the skin corrector, my favorite brand of pore controller. Goes on sheer and smooth providing a smooth facial surface for makeup application. No heavy feeling.

I use Dermablend cover cream but first time using their primer. (better than all the other primers I've tried) and it's excellent. Works exactly as advertised when you use all the products together ( instant grip primer,-matte finish cause I have an oily T zone-then cover cream, loose setting powder and setting spray). I recommend.

I'm 57. My skin used to be oily but more dry as I age and now the inevitable fine lines and enlarged pores. I also still get occasional pimples (eugh). This Dermablend matte 'poresaver' primer is non-comedogenic and cruelty free/fragrance free which are all a plus in my opinion, but it is the silky smooth feeling that keeps me using it. I do think $35 is a bit pricey, but it is a nice white creamy gel that goes on my skin very smoothly and almost leaves my fingers with a talc-powdery smooth feeling - not sticky or greasy in any way at all. I use primer daily - mostly to create a soft silky canvas under my eyes so that I can use a light under-eye concealer and then usually a tinted moisturizer. It doesn't leave an unsightly residue but just sort of disappears into the skin and leaves a soft silkiness. I do wait a couple of minutes to let it dry before applying the under-eye concealer. No overpowering smell. No noticeable caking or flaking that would accentuate the fine lines around my eyes and it doesn't dry 'hard' or stiff in any way. It is not a coverup though so don't expect it to even out your skin tone or hide age spots, etc - it just creates a nice smooth matte layer and controls the oily shine so the next step of your daily makeup routine can be applied smoothly.

Great product especially for mature skin. I first ordered this in the hope of improving my make up routine. I use it before applying foundation and boy does this work. Makes a tremendous difference in the smoothness of my ‘finished face’. Highly recommend this product and I have ordered this many times and will continue to order. Once you have used this you will not go back…try it!

This primer works amazing on my combination skin. Keeps my makeup from becoming shiny. Smooths my pores and lines making my foundation apply evenly.

Very liquid feel. Like putting milk on my face. Did not give a matte look for me. And I think it maybe made me break out.. would not get it again, do not recommend.

I love going makeup free when I can. I still use this to help combat shine and it works all day. By far my favorite primer.

I've tried a few pore reducerers. This is the best. Discovered it when Ulta gave me a free sample.

Goes on smooth and feels like weight. However, does not provide much "blurring". Also, beware if you have dry skin as it makes it very visible.

One of the best of its kind in the cosmetic market. I have used many different brands & this beats the lot!! It backs up what it claims, versatile, user friendly and a fantastic multi-tasker! As a makeup artist, I personally use this endlessly. It is not always available, so but several !!! Unfortunately, not available at the moment, so disappointed !!! Please bring it back!!! Therese
