Fitting Information in this review
I read the reviews and was concerned about getting the correct size so I ordered my 3-inch belt in X-Large. It is advertised to fit a 40-54 inch waist. My waist measures 42 inches outside my blue jeans where I will wear this belt. The X-Large is too big for me. With the belt on, there are seven larger sets of holes and three smaller sets. This belt will fit a waist that measures about 53 inches through 38 inches. The company claims 40 inches through 54 inches, and my measurements basically verify that. I don't want an extra 11 inches of belt to deal with so I returned this one for a size Large. The size Large arrived today and it fits me perfectly. When I have it on my 42 inch waist there are three sets of holes that will make the belt larger and seven sets for smaller waists. The Large size will fit waists from about 33 inches up to 46 inches. They claim that the Large size fits 32 to 46 inch waists, and my measurements match that claim, just like the X-Large.To get a belt that fits you, measure your waist outside your clothes where you will wear this belt. Order the appropriate size from the provided chart and you should be happy with the fit. This belt is labeled as "Made in China".This belt is a virtual duplicate of my Milwaukee tool belt. It is very comfortable and looks to be just as rugged. The grommets for the buckle prongs look like they are just as strong as on my Milwaukee belt. I can’t imagine that I could hang enough stuff on this belt to deform those grommets. One of the few differences between this belt and my Milwaukee belt is in the manner of attaching the suspender rings. My Milwaukee belt has the rings sewn to nylon loops that are stitched to create the loop the belt passes through. That is, the loops are sewn shut. You must remove the belt to thread the loops on or off the Milwaukee belt. This Ergodyne Arsenal belt has the rings stitched to a nylon strip with Velcro to loop them around the belt. This allows you to reposition or remove the loops easily just by releasing the Velcro. Since I don't use suspenders I am unable to say which system is better. One reviewer mentioned that the buckle prongs poke holes in his tee-shirts. Unless you wear your tee-shirt untucked and outside this belt I don't see how that could easily happen. I don't consider the buckle prongs on either of the belts I received to be sharp. For me, the only negative about this belt is that it’s made in China. Like many others these days, I would prefer to buy American, even if it costs more. That issue notwithstanding, I expect that this belt will provide years of hard service. I recommend it.

Nice tool belt
I'm 6'2 300lbs and there is plenty of holes left to grow lol. I use it with leather suspenders and carry 3 bolt bags and a electrode bag.

VERY GOOD BELT WITH ONE FAULT
Work as a grip…this replaced my rather expensive Arri belt. For me this is far more comfortable and stays up all day better then any other G/E belt I've used. If you're in the biz then you know how long a day is…I had the expensive ARRI and a Lindcraft before that.A lot of the G/E belts like the Arri, Lindcraft, et al, use Nylon clips rather then belt buckles. And not all are padded for comfort. For me, I can not get a clip on belt to stay up. If you are buttless like myself you will understand why.Pouches fit belt width and loop spacing is fine to set them up. Also enough space between loops to adjust pouch as needed.Would give it 5 stars but….the grommets are too weak to take the stress when cinched. The grommets that get used are deforming and will in time probably pop off the belt. But 6 months so far.Otherwise a great craft belt. Comfortable and stays in place. Easy to set up. Will be easy enough to find better grommets and install them. Or find a better belt.If you just want a tool belt i'm sure it would be fine too other then the grommet issue.

The near perfect belt/suspender combo
I research every product extensively before I make a purchase. I bought this belt along with Arsenal 5560 Padded Tool Belt Suspenders. Here is my reviewProsArsenal is known for their near perfect quality. The metal is strong and sturdy. Suspender hooks are rock solid, Buckle is rock solid. Construction is rock solid. The belt sits atop of a padded under-belt that straps firm with Velcro. The Arsenal 5560 Padded Tool Belt Suspenders are the main reason I bought this combo. The suspenders are yoke type suspenders and are heavily padded. Yoke type suspenders connect the left suspender and right suspender just below the neck on the back. That means a left suspender or right suspender wont fall off your shoulder when you're working. This will drive your nuts when your on a 14 ft ladder and your suspenders are following off. In fact you can even leave your belt unbuckled and the yoke suspenders will still stay on your shoulders.Cons,None. But.... Custom leather craft has an innovation that I think Arsenal should really consider copying. Tool belts hold took bags. Suspenders hold belts up. What we really need is suspenders that suspend tool bags not belts. Arsenal should look at any one of Custome Leathercraft's tool belt suspenders. They really do have one advantage. The suspenders attach to hooks on the tool bags. When you do this you no longer need to be confined to a tight belt cinched around your waist. All you have to do is wear the suspenders and belt as a vest. With this said. I rigged my Arsenal belt/suspender combo to suspend only the tool bags. I rigged the best of both worlds. Super comfortable suspenders. The yoke style ensures that my suspenders stay on my shoulders. I am in heaven. :)Note: The picture is of a Custom Leathercraft suspender. I like how the suspenders attach to the tool bags and not the belt. I don't like the suspender style. I prefer the yoke style of the arsenal.

Recommended from a trade guy
Love. I use it everyday after switching out my old one. This one is more grippy for my tool pouches, and more comfortable too. The strap system for my harness works great, the velcro is still strong, and the belt loop is strong too. Super good upgrade. Highly recommended. I work as an electrician and carry around tools all day long. My belt ranges from 5 to 15 pounds on heavy days. Very satisfied, and I would totally get it again if mine ever breaks or needs replacing.

Larger than I expected
This belt is great quality. I was pleasantly surprised with how much adjustment was available. It goes much larger than I had expected but can also cinch up tight.
