We are a family of artists, from age 7 to 70. Paint brushes in a jar in every room, handy when the the whim takes hold. These brushes are well balanced and hold the medium for even flow of paint. There is nothing as frustrating as bristle loss which I do not worry about with these brushes. The ferrules, made from high grade brass, are tight and secure. The brushes feel very nice in my hand. These were very nice brushes for the price. They hold their point and haven’t lost any bristles.

I purchased this set of brushes about a year and a half ago. I am learning to paint with watercolor and have enjoyed these brushes till recently. They are well constructed...no issues with loose ferrels or stray hairs, however in the last month the paint coating on one of the brushes has started to flake off. I never leave the brushes soaking in water, however I noticed the handle is warped...this may be attributed to the humid area I live in. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

I bought these for watercolor and the package states they are, but the brush length is more suited for oils.Ferrules were loose on two of the larger brushes.Good value though and I'll make em work.

Got exactly what we had hoped for.

I only gave dive stars because I can't vouch for the quality of the brushes. I bought them as a gift for my brother-in-law, a watercolorist. His brushes from 10-15 years were wearing out. He hasn't used them yet. If he says they're good, I'll amend this review to five stars stars, just because of the vendor's attention to service.
