Very good book. Intended as a chapter a day to help one reformulate their responses over time. Enables one to see how much pain improperly selected responses can cause and provides tips/coping skills to adopt instead. The way we see things triggers affects how we respond. Each section has suggestions on the thoughts to adopt instead.

Positive Word Power can be a daily, weekly learning tool to discuss with family or friends.

I once heard a "word from God" while I was driving and loudly cursing another driver (whose offense right now escapes me). The "voice" (it wasn't actually audible, but clearly were not my thoughts) said: "You're in danger of hell fire and damnation." Although I reasoned, "But that person couldn't even hear me!" Alas, I still have this problem while driving (and watching the news on t.v.), but now I have a better way of seeing how destructive and evil my words truly are. READ THIS BOOK! Blessings on all.

I borrowed the book from a friend, and now I'm going to order it for myself. It is excellent. A must read and learn.
