Heat output is great, thermostat upon arrival had wires disconnected was able to reconnect them with ease and the thermostat does work. Came with stones, decorative gems, and the logs to change the look. The different ambience is nice and does have circulation.

I love my new fireplace it’s much better than I expected and installation was fairly easy.Its beautiful and well made for a reasonable price my husband was skeptical when I ordered it but he loves it too!

Purchased May 2021. Have not really checked out the heater but it does appear to offer good warmth. I don’t need to warm a room with it. Just want a little warmth this winter if I sit next to it. I purchased for the fireplace look. I don’t think any electric heater at this price point is going to fool anyone into thinking this one is a gas or wood burning fireplace. However, after testing out several settings I did find one that suits me and gives a nice effect. The unit was easy to install and did not have any defects. I am not using the fake wood so I just stored them on the top of the unit where they are hidden by the front glass panel. I put the legs there too since I put the heater/fireplace on the wall. Some directions for the remote would have been handy but it’s not hard to figure out the settings.

i always bought the dimplex stove which held up and got at least 5 years out of it . this was nice but only held up for less then 2 years . heating unit went they want to charge as much for this as the unit . it is very quite and nice just did not last . if you could buy extra insurance from amazon maybe that would help . hope this helps someone .

I really like the sleek design with 3!options for inserts, the back lighting and easy to install instructions. It also looks really great!!

This was definitely a great purchase. I love the curved shape, it hugs the wall. It has a-lot of color variations and the back lit feature is cool. It gives off a good amount of heat also. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fit perfectly in space , easy to assemble and visually appealing. Haven’t had to use heat feature yet but we have used the flame feature and it’s great

I was pleasantly pleased to see that this fireplace was as expected. It fit our space perfectly and looks awesome. The setup was simple and although the heat works to knock the chill out of this average size room, I’m not sure it can warm a large space. I am happy with this purchase however, this was the second time I ordered it because the first one was either damaged during shipping or FedEx made an error because I never received it. I’m inclined to believe it was damaged as the packaging wasn’t the best for the glass inside the box.

En general cumple con su propósito, aun no empieza la temporada de frío pero por el momento está muy bien, la iluminación es perfecta puedes escoger un color o que sea aleatoria y maneja la luz interior independiente a la del exterior, hasta el momento la recomiendo

Great look, with or without heat. Takes up minimal room.

The thermostat operates a little different, temperature changes need to be done at the unit, not the remote. The heater works well, lots of different settings for ambiance.
