No irritation + goes on smooth — really happy with it
I have super sensitive eyes and usually get some kind of reaction from eyeliners (itching, watering, redness — you name it), but this one didn’t bother me at all, which is honestly a big deal for me. The gel texture goes on really smoothly, and the black is nice and rich. I use it with an angled brush and can get a clean line or smudge it out a bit if I want a softer look. It lasts pretty well throughout the day — not completely smudge-proof, but I’m fine with that. Also does take a while to dry Definitely recommend if you’ve got sensitive eyes or just want a solid gel liner that’s easy to work with.

Wow
I've bought other "lasting" eyeliners in the past, and they don't tend to last more than a day, and when I wake up (I have a bad habit of not removing makeup before bed) they often transfer a LOT to above and below around my eyelids. This though? Phenomenal. It's still visibly lasted after a few days (faded a little but still looks like I've got eyeliner on), does transfer a little in sleep but nowhere near as much (my mascara is probably more culpable), and holds up flawlessly when crying. The only downside is that you need to provide your own eyeliner brush(es) and keep them clean very frequently otherwise the bristles go stiff affecting application, plus I struggle with getting a fine line due to the brush or how thick it ends up on the bristles despite wiping it against the rim of the jar. Maybe that's a skill issue though. Overall I'm very impressed, reckon the pot will last ages, applications are super long lasting. Don't think I'll ever go back to felt-tip style eyeliners after experiencing this, I just need to perfect my skills and routine.

One of the best gel eyeliners I've used
I have sweaty, hooded eyelids and my eyes water a lot. Unfortunately for myself, I love winged eyeliner. For years, I've tried many different eyeliners, from liquids to pens and pencils. Finally, I've tried gel eyeliner and it was so much better, had a lot more pigmentation, and was easier to apply, but I still struggled with smudging in the outer corners - I have accepted that this was due to my eyes, not the product. My usual brand of gel eyeliner was out of stock and I needed a fresh pot ASAP, so I decided to try out Kiko. This gel, let me tell you, it's absolutely amazing. It glides on smoothly, dries quickly and it stays on all day. And I mean over 14 hours! I can sweat, I can cry, I can even take a shower and it does not budge at all. However, it's not perfect. The product dries within a few weeks and then it becomes hard to apply and crumbles a lot quicker than when it's new. This means that there's always some waste as it becomes impossible to apply. Not a big deal for me, but it might be very wasteful for someone who does not use it as frequently as I do.

The best eyeliner I have ever tried (and I’ve bought them all)
GOAT: This is the one you’ve been looking for! I wanted to wait until I’d tested this eyeliner before I wrote a review. I’ve been using it for 3 weeks now and I have found my forever product, please don’t discontinue this Kiko! I have been wearing gel eyeliner for over 15 years. I started with the big guns (Bobbi Brown/MAC) and then moved to Maybelline Lasting Drama as it was more affordable. That has been recently discontinued so I had to find a new one. I did some research and read all the reviews of the Kiko before I bought it. I am SO impressed with this product. I have watery, itchy, sensitive eyes that are hayfever prone. I need an eyeliner that does not budge, and blimey this one doesn’t. I took it on holiday and wore it on a boat trip. Sea, sun, streaming eyes. It did not move. I am now in love with this eyeliner. It’s buttery soft in the pot, glides on like a dream and does not come off until you take it off. I know it’s probably going to go hard in the pot but they all do, anyone who knows gel eyeliner like I do knows you only get about half of the pot before it goes off. Don’t hesitate, buy this. You won’t regret it!

Wont stay long
It’s quite moist compare to other products in the market and dries fast, but it blurs after just 1 or 2 hrs on eye and leave you a smokey finish… I applied eye primer beforehand but it wont help, watch out if you dont have a super dry eyelid :(

Great alternative to liquid liners
I've been a liquid liner user for 20 years as for me they've always lasted longer (on the eye) and given a sharper line than a pencil. I decided to try something new as I wasnt sure what was causing irritation on my eyelid (another story) and I was torn between this and the Laura Mercier tightliner. Well I'm glad I opted for this at half the price as I love it! It gives a lovely dense, matte black line but not doesn't dry and crumble. I tried an angled brush first but actually I prefer to use the super thin brush from my last liquid liner and just build up to a thicker eye line, rather than get it neat in one sweep! I have never had a liner stay completely intact all day - I normally lose the wings by late afternoon. This one definitely lasts longer than pencils in my opinion but about the same as a good liquid liner. There is sometimes a bit of smudging underneath but nothing drastic. To remove it I use Clinique naturally gentle eye makeup remover but a cheaper oil based one would do it. The added benefit of this is that you get so much more product in the pot than a liquid liner so it's going to last me months but I'll definitely buy again.

Best gel liner I’ve ever used
This eye liner is really easy to apply, thick enough that you only need one pass and jet black. I don’t think it claims to be water proof but I’ve been swimming in the sea with this one and it didn’t budge. This one pot will last forever as you only need the smallest amount and it doesn’t dry out easily (I’m forever forgetting to put the lid on when I’m rushing out. Only 3 stars for easy to remove as while it’s easy to remove with an oil based remover (you will end up rubbing your eyes raw if you try to use anything but) at the end of the day but if you mess up, it’s not easy to clean up the line unless you do it immediately ... you will most likely need to start again or cover it up full a super full coverage concealer.

you get what you pay for
This product had some good reviews so thought I would give it a go. It is an intense black and applied easily however, go wrong and it is not forgiving. it is difficult to remove and you end up with a Jack Sparrow kinda look. it also stains the skin resulting in the need for a through cleanse before starting again. It is in the bin
