Is this product raw? It doesn’t say on the label

Katelyn, I believe by looking at the back of the bag labeling..... It is absolutely in the raw form....... Raw organic form. There is nothing extra added. I've tried different manufacturers of organic cacao powders and nothing comes even close to this. I hope this helps.

Is this soy free? Or factory?

Idk but I was disappointed with the flavor.

Has it been Roasted? Just received my bag and it is great in hot water with stevia sweetener.

I don’t know if it’s roasted but I do know what you mean about the toasty taste. I’m glad you found a nice way to enjoy it. I put mine in coffee and hot milk.

How much caffeine is in one serving?

I'm not sure, but I drink caffeine free coffee because I have trouble sleeping. I put a teaspoon of this cocoa in my morning coffee with a little honey and cream and it is delicious. It does not effect my sleeping at all.
