Natural hair concealer
Works like a natural concealer for thinning hair which can also help grow hair. I mix with liquid minoxodil and natural hair growth serum. Helps to fill in gaps for very dark brown and black hair whilst helping to maintain the hair you have. I started losing hair 15 years ago but have managed to slow down the process using the aforementioned as well as quality natural hair vitamins and good shampoo. No need to spend ridiculous amounts on chemical based supplements that are unproven (other than minoxodil) which doesn't have the same health side effects as other things on the market. Nature does actually provide many health benefits if you do your research.

Hair and eye improvement by drinking
I mix with warm water stir it and down the hatch. Seem clearer whites of eyes, stronger hair and nails. No effect on weight or hormones which is good. I'm thinking of upping my intake.
