They are compact and can be carried in a pocket, “just in case”. We have lots of grandkids soccer, baseball, and tennis, and I am looking forward to using them. I originally bought them to sleep in because I have a problem with getting sore on my ears from my pillow. They worked okay, but the band while being great for keeping them on was not comfortable for this purpose. I still think they are great for the purpose intended, and they are a reasonable price.Earmuffs are bulky to carry when you don’t know if you will need them. I would purchase more, especially to have in hand or to carry in my car.
