When I first unpacked this umbrella, I could tell that it was very well made. This thing is solid. Definitely built for stability and durability. It is heavy so it took a bit to assemble myself but so worth it. All of the parts fit together perfectly and the assembly was very smooth. Their instructions are fantastic. Detailed, step by step with color illustrations. And the seller was great communicating with me as far as shipping, delivery, and suggestions for assembling it.Rotating and tilting the umbrella is very smooth. You can go 360 degrees and the foot pedal is very easy to use as well as the crank to open it. Since it was heavy, I was concerned my wife would have trouble opening, closing, and positioning it, but no. The balance of the umbrella makes that very easy. And even with a 12-15mph wind, it was solid and didn't blow around at all. Definitely get the base that is made for this. It is sold separately so keep that in mind when purchasing.Great job, Purple Leaf! I would definitely buy another one of these.

I cannot say enough good things about this product and the seller. I’ll start with the only issue I had: the umbrella assembly slides into a bracket that’s been anchored. Turns out the bracket was malformed and didn’t accept the umbrella. The seller quickly and efficiently determined the problem and sent a new bracket. By FedEX. Fast!! I was very happy with their care and service. Once I was able to get the umbrella installed on the new base I found it to be very well made and smooth operating. Honestly, much better than I had expected. This company sells quality and has very good customer service. Will buy from them again.

I bought this 10 ft umbrella. LOVE IT.Great price, quality fabric. Great wind resistance being that we are at the beach. Easy to open, and very durable. Wind doesn’t seem to affect it much due to the vented top. Chose Navy as it knocks the brightness down. I bought the base with it and it fits nicely in the corner out of the way. And the ‘faux’ wood finish is beautiful. Love looking up at the underside. BEAUTIFUL!

I am giving it 4 stars because we haven't had to use it much due to the overcast skies. The umbrella is beautiful, easy to assemble, and easy to operate. My review is related to the incredible customer service provided by Katie. I had some questions about the stand, and she was very responsive, courteous, and professional. I recommend Purple Leaf and commend you on the customer service training. Katie deserves a 5-star rating.

We purchased two of these umbrellas and they are fantastic. We also purchased the Purple Leaf large base that has the ability to roll around to a new location and then using a crank, lower to secure it to the new spot. Filled the base with four bags of sand and water. Highly recommend this product and company. I had some winds that blew one of them over and it fell into the pool and damaged one of the support rods and put a small tear in the canvas. I contacted Purple Leaf and they immediately sent me a new canopy and a new support rod along with links to videos on how to change the parts out. I would definitely buy from them again!
