Snowkids 4K DisplayPort to HDMI Cable, 4K DP to HDMI Cable 1.8m, Unidirectional Display Port (DP) to HDMI Lead Compatible for Monitor,PC,Laptop,Projektor(Nylon Braided Gold-Plated)

Needed to covert the hdmi connection on a monitor to dvi connection on my PC graphics card, only due to the input availability on the 1080ti graphics card. Ordered and delivered 15:00 next day. Quality is great. I'm happy as much a cable would make you in the long scheme of things. ;P However, if I need a cable again, I'd probably look towards this supplier above others from this experience. First impression count you see.

A great display port to HDMI cable. 1.8m wasn't long enough to reach to my TV from my pc, but was good enough to just reach to my monitor. Also the cable is a very nice material. It has a metal or steel coat, which is great, as it keeps the wire well protected. The only downside to that is that it could scratch surfaces. But don't let that put you off getting it. I think this is fantastic, and well packaged.

Nothing to dislike about this. I needed a cable with a Display Port at one end and an HDMI at the other end. Thankfully these things exist. This cable is working great. It is sturdy, feels solid, and looks modern and I would recommend this to anyone that has the need for this cable.

Good quality and easy to use

I needed a Second monitor for music production, didn't want to spend two hundred or more on a new graphics adapter but noticed I had a Display Port connector on the rear of the PC. The cable is well made looks professional in grey and gold with nylon braid for flexibility. Altogether a nice inexpensive and functional cable.

There is not much you can about cables. The main thing is they work. I like the "rope" style nature of the lead. It looks better and is less annoying when it gets tangled with all the other necessary leads. They have a very high quality look about them. Two leads were for a new set up with a pair of Samsung monitors (for which HDMI to HDMI leads were supplied but not much good [without adaptors] when the computer only has display ports). The other two leads were for an older computer with a pair of LG monitors which previously had a VGA lead and a HDMI to HDMI lead with adaptors. On this computer I do notice that I am now getting regular flickering of the screens' displays which I did not have before. I cannot say if this is anything to do with the new leads. It is not a big issue anyway. So, on the whole, I would say 5 out of 5.

Bought this as I was upgrading my PC's graphics card to a GeForce RTX2060. While it does have a HDMI port, it also has 3 Display Ports. My monitors, however have the usual VGA / DVI / HDMI ports, so the obvious solution was a HDMI - DP cable. Have bought Snowkids HDMI cables before and was very happy with them, so had no hesitation in purchasing this. Been using it for a few weeks now and couldn't be happier.

My PC Monitor would go blank for a second every 10 minutes. I tried everything including re-installing Windows, disabled display adaptor then reinstalled, the lot. I even bought a new pimped up PC! I had tried HDMI to HDMI, DP to HDMI, DVI to HDMI, the lot of 'em. It had gone on for years, even after buying a nice Samsung curved screen. Then one day I was just have a wee browse as men do and someone mentioned cheap cables. So many times there is a race to the bottom, to the cheapest, cheapest flights, cheapest baked beans, cheapest everything. Sometimes the cheapest does not work, or it works just well enough that you do not know what the problem is. I have tried all these cable and adaptors there must be something else wrong, it cannot be the cable. OH YES IT WAS! All my problems solved because I fitted a decent cable. Thank you so very much, I am a happy surfer now. Only wild life and educational sites of course :-)
