What is the exact size of the hole? Is it 30 mm or 1 inch? The production description says both, however 1 inch is not equal to 30 mm

A 30mm hole will fit ok on a 1” bar (it’s 1.1 inches). However, I’ve found them to be too *narrow* to fit a 1” bar in the middle, meaning it’s actually less than 30mm in the Centre.

Says 1 inch in title but 30mm in description. Which is it? Will these fit a 1 inch york barbell?
