Womens' Yoga Pants with Pockets and Tummy Control High Waist in Flare Crop

Fit is great, so comfortable and they look so nice. I used them on a trip as nice dressier pants for dinner/shows. I’m 4’11 and the XXL came to my ankle. No hemming needed!

I'm not sure about the sizing accuracy. I'm 5ft 1in and 107 lbs, and bought the medium based on the reviews, and so glad that I did. The very high waist band is on the tighter side. I folded it over and that kinda works, but the double material feels a bit heavy., and I really don't like tight clothes, so I cut the elastic waist band, as the type of material does not fray (like cotton tshirts), and it feels much more comfortable. if you wore tops tucked in, you would have to tidy up the waist band edge where you cut but I rarely tuck in my tops. I also noticed that the washing care instructions say, hand wash. Too much care, so I'm throwing them in the wash and see what happens. Also, the other concern from other reviewers say its too shiny. It feels shiny, but doesn't look shiny, thank goodness. For the price, they're great pants for every day. Also, IMO, I'm a yogi, don't think they would work for yoga. They're too wide legs, and with upside down poses or leg raises, the pant legs would fall down.

I LOVE THESE PANTS. The cut, the flow, the material, everything is perfect. I have tried multiple other similar capri workout pants from other brands and there is no comparison. The design is really well thought out. The front seam is flattering and manages to hide the line of the pocket while the wide legs combined with the smooth material means that the pants flow down without clinging. The length is far enough down the calf so it's approaching the ankle rather than just barely covering the knee (at least on me: 5'7" but long torso, probably the legs of someone 5'5"). They look like palazzo pants rather than pedal pushers. I also like that they are nylon/polyamide rather than polyester. That means are much more cooling and they don't get smelly. The material feels smooth and cool to the touch and so far has been resistant to any snagging or pilling. I've washed and dried them several times (low heat) with no adverse effect. The only possible ding is there isn't much tummy control. The waistband is made of the same material as the rest of the pants. But somehow, with the way the seams lie and the way the material flows, the pants still manage to be very flattering and slimming. I got them for yoga and they are great for that but I often end up wearing them for the rest of the day rather than changing back into my regular clothes. So one pair is not going to be enough. My first pair is black and I just went back to order the teal version. I would definitely buy a brick red, mushroom brown, or dark plum if they wanted to make it, hint hint.

I purchased XXL but they are tight across the abdomen. Othetwise they fit ok. I like the wide leg, very comfortable. The price is high for this product. Inexpensive fabric, simple design, where the heck did they dream up $30 dollars? Price would be ok at $19. I paid is $29, that crazy. Thinking I'll return them as I write. Price too high for the product!

After ordering and receiving one pair, I ordered two more in other colors. I like my pants neutral in color so I ordered black, gray, and purple. The purple is beautiful and muted. These are wonderful summer pants! It's like wearing a skirt, for coolness, but I can still hop on my bike. The pockets are much deeper than they appear and easily hold my phone without worry it will pop out. I'm 5'1" and 130 lbs and ordered a large, which gives me a little more length (which I wanted) and is still plenty snug enough up top. I love that I can feel cool and comfortable and walk, garden, and do yoga in these. They are definitely my summer go-to pants now!

Similar to pairs I found at Nordstroms. But better fabric. Comfy, smooth and higher waist. Though I got them for the gym, I would definitely wear them at the office.

I have purchased The Gym People capris before and they're my favorite, especially "THE GYM PEOPLE Women's V Cross Waist Workout Capris Leggings Tummy Control Running Yoga Pants with Pockets" - seriously, insanely comfortable, especially the waistband, which has no elastic waistbands, just the same fabric all the way up and they're truly tummy controlling. Which brings me to my issue with these capris. The waistband has several elastic components and the fabric is not tighter, just the waistbands at the top and bottom of the supposed tummy control portion. The elastics are tight, uncomfortably so, and with the fabric not tighter, it gives a very unflattering look, basically giving you a tummy. I don't have much of a tummy and it made me look pregnant. I usually wear either a Medium or Large in this exact brand, the larges are even slightly too large particularly in the waist since I have a smaller waist. I bought these in Large. They were tight in the elastics of the waistband, loose in the tummy (though then elastics cut me in places making it look like a giant muffin top when I don't in most pants), then it was almost too tight across hips/crotch so there was a little puckering there. The waistband was also super high, I'm talking like an inch from my bra! But the rest was comfortably baggy and looked very nice. I know I could not go up to the XL - it would be far too big in every way and would look sloppy. I wanted to love these but I got spoiled by the waistband of my their other capris and I just can't settle for less anymore.

Run away its cheap fabric

This is my fifth pair - bought for myself n friends. Very comfortable n the fit is good. Just love how comfortable the pants are. I don’t use them for yoga but for leisure wear. Wd highly recommend

Nothing about these pants that I do not like, they are comfortable, true to size and easy wash and wear. I'll be getting a few more in different colours.

I wish the elastic waistband was thicker or wider, it’s a bit narrow and kind of digs in a bit. But mostly fits well. I ordered a medium because I don’t like too tight of a fit and I’m happy with it. It’s still a good fit, so maybe they run small.
