Works well with 20” filters, easy install.

While it is a cheap alternative and the threaded fittings are brass, the plastic case itself is, well... cheap. Out of the blue on a mild September day it cracked. Water started pouring everywhere into my crawlspace where the filter was installed. It was actually the day I returned from vacation. Thank God it didn't burst but a week earlier or it would have kept flooding for several days without my knowing. Don't "save money" with this product (read the other reviews: my situation is not unique) and get a real housing for your filter. Sidenote: still waiting for a reply from GeekPure on their warranty.

This was perfect for our filter system and now we can see when the filter needs to be replaced.

These cracked on the brass ring that's pressed fitted into the plastic housing. Wouldn't recommend them unless you epoxy the fitting threads from the gitgo and don't over tighten.

It has a issue with the seal it leak a bit not major but definitely needs a better one it broke crack I had a major water damage to my basement

WARNING!!!!!! It will leak at normal home pressures. The pipe threads are incorrect and hard or impossible to seal. The bracket is to flimsy to hold the weight when full. Buy a different brand.

I couldn’t find the filter housing a have used before so I tried this one. The pipe threads are not tapered like so much other Chinese made parts so you have a hard time sealing the fittings. I’ve taken it apart three times to get it to stop leaking. I’ve used Pentek housing before with no problems.

The actual product quality seems like it would be fine but I can’t even test Bitmoji because of poor quality control. The O-ring was not seated on the groove but the unit was fully threaded together. O-ring is damaged and will not seal.

Update: bought one for my house and it’s working great aswell. Works great no leaks just use tape and plumbers dope and it shouldn’t leak, would be nice if it had a bypass feature and stronger bracket but it does the job and I like the clear canister over the blue I can see the filter. In my opinion every house should have a sediment filter, ull be amazed at how dirty it gets.
