Honestly I'm really glad I purchased and it works immediately. I can get really stressed out and anxious and it helps so much with that. Doesnt make you feel groggy or out of it, just calm and stable and I'm able to get through my day without having any problems and side effects. It doesnt make my stomach feel upset like some other natural remedies have and I appreciate that there are no additives like magnesium stearate in it. It's also nice that there is basically a years supply in the bottle which also cuts down on waste. Customer service is also very nice. Just an all around good product.

I read the 1 star reviews; after taking it for a while, knowing that it is working just as expected, I do believe that it is likely that they got the "heated"/bad batch. I had those batches of vitamins before; left in the car or in the sun at the door step for too long, and the potency was destroyed by the heat. L-Theanine is especially sensitive to heat I imagine as it being an amino acid. Without knowing it, people of course would naturally blame the product directly. I have alert set, so I'll get the packages as soon as it's dropped off at door to avoid this. I think that is the best way; make sure these vitamins arrive on Saturday/Sunday and always have the alerts ready to inform you when they arrive.

I have had improvement to my time to sleep, quality of sleep and duration of sleep on most nights. It's not a perfect answer to people who have serious issues with sleep, but an nice addition to other strategies I already have in place. Adding has allowed me to only wake once a night for a bathroom trip and I easily go back to sleep, miracle. I do not take rx sleep medications because I don't feel the risks out weigh the benefits. I take two caps, they are large, but I swallow big pills without issue. It is not the largest capsule, but I know generally people would could consider this a large capsule. I think this is a quality product. Additional things I like is no fillers, quantity in the bottle and the price. Worth trying if you have sleep issues, it may help.

For my Adrenal Cushings tumor's symptoms? L-Theanine is the critical amino acid that effectively controls my erratic heart rate (>130 bpm resting HR), Stage 3 blood pressure, and cortisol spikes. But that's just my individual experience with it. I take triple dose throughout the day in my AM coffee and PM broth. No change in flavor. Also, TMI, but I'm 5'5", 150 (another symptom), and I'm a BLUE EYED, Red Head/Ginger who prefers time with real, alive people rather than long walks on the beach! Not full of gross fillers, perfect price point and USA sourced... it’s not full of the disgusting fillers most all of the other brands have, which means less good stuff and more useless ingredients that just give most people “stomach issues”... If you’re looking for legit L-Theanine, look no farther... this is the perfect product at the perfect price. So thankful to have found this brand after buying so much rubbish, and overpriced questionable imported Rubbish at that!

Excellent product.

The amino-acid powder smells natural and pleasant, without filler or flavorings. My wife irregularly feels stress in the chest and feels hard to breathe. I read articles talking about L-Theanine might help. After about 2 weeks of usage, she didn't feel that kind of stress again. Though I am not sure about long term effectiveness, but for something not very expensive and supposedly nutritious, even working as a placebo, it is definitely helping a bit. I'm glad to recommend to anyone who suffers similar to try it out.

It's easy to take in capsule formula, or opened and mixed into a coffee. The actual dosage is questionable though as I have usually used smaller dosages with the same result. At that price, it doesn't really matter, as 1 cap does the job.

Love this stuff. Combining it with a coffee in the morning to really balance out that caffeine hit is next level. Try it!
