Well it's so far so good. They don't hurt my stomach, seems like they are absorbed better than normal vitamins. I like to do 2 in the morning and 2 later on. Has almost everything you need unless you have any extra things you need a higher dose of. Not absurdly high doses and I like the fact it's derived from real food sources rather than chemically made supposedly. Who knows, but my stomach likes it more.

Contains an undisclosed amount of lithium. From what I've read lithium can assist in maintaining bone density (among other things), however if one has kidney issues or are using MAOIs you should consider NOT taking this product at all. I felt this was important enough to advise potential customers about, and I sincerely hope someone benefits from this review; other than that one caveat I think this is a great product. You just MUST exercise caution and understand contraindications if you're going to use supplements. The manufacturers can't do that for you. Talk to a good doctor and do your due diligence.

I’ve used a variety of multivitamins for a long time. Switching to Primitive seemed like a good idea because of the ingredient variety. I’m newly done with me second bottle naans I can cay that I’ve noticed subtle but noticeable changes in my physical and mental performance to the upside. I’m a very active 47 year old with a decent diet and this product fills gaps in our food supply for me. Maybe a little more b12 but I have B complex for that.

I really like the ingredients list here. I bought the men's version as I always do though I'm a woman bc I don't want the iron in most women's versions. This is 4 capsules, recommended to split into 2 doses though I don't. I love that there aren't mega doses of B vitamins as that causes acne for me and anxiety for some people. I don't love the earthy/spicy smell but it's tolerable. I do wish the alpha gpc would be dropped and the CoQ10 increased to a dose that's actually sufficient, at least 100mg, but that's just my opinion. I can't take alpha gpc, Phosphatidylcholine, carnitine, or choline daily bc I don't have the liver enzyme that finishes metabolizing it so I take it a few days on/off cycling it with another multivitamin without those ingredients. They don't include enough to be of benefit iirc, but any is too much for people like me to take daily.

I take this in conjunction w the electrolyte vitamin also from primitive scientific. No stomach issues or awkward feelings. Feel it helps me handle my stressful days better. And have seen it recommended on a few well read blogs as a great vitamin for athletes and executives who have slot of stress on the body and need to be in tip top shape. While no executive, it helps me have the mindset I can be one one day...I think clearly, sleep well, and have energy throughout day. Easy to swallow. Look foraward to taking them as know they do me good.

I’ve been taking the Whole Food Multivitamin for Men for months and love them. However, I noticed my last two bottles have a handful of capsules with black specs inside of them. I opened the capsules to see what it was and the best way to describe it is a small piece of sticky gunk. I did not feel comfortable consuming them so I tossed them. I reached out to their customer support via their website so will update once I get a reply.

Huge fan. A daily dosage is 4 pills though

While it seems a lot to take 4 a day, this does contain what would certainly be more if I was trying to take them separately.
