Great vitamins!
I love Kirkman vitamins, They have kept the same great quality for the past 15 years that i have been using them. This is a good quality vitamin and comes in an amount of capsules that will last a decent amount of time. I give these to my kids and myself.

Great multi if you need extra B vitamins
We use this for my son and I take them as well. It’s a great multivitamin if you are looking to increase your B vitamin intake. The capsules are easy to take standard size. The bottle is filled to the top so it’s a good value. Most important it’s tested to not have bad ingredients in it. Our doctor recommended this brand.
