I’ve just moved house so needed a temp solution for my clothes. There was rust particles all over the inner packaging. The top part is suppose to have balls that stop your clothes from falling off. Mine had one missing which was disappointing, now my clothes fall off constantly. I don’t know how I go about getting a new top bar because the only option you have is to return and buy again. I don’t have time for that. I would not buy again it’s just to much faff without being able to contact seller directly! Also the instructions were clear but the inventory list is confusing because they show 2 different screws a&b but both on the sheet are the same size but in reality they are not, so who knows what a is or b, I just winged it, had to remove and replace a few screws which could be avoided if the pictures were clearer or had size ref with them
