I don't know why the world ever settled on wheat for making pasta if this is available. It has a "silkier" mouth feel than wheat pasta. This is to wheat pasta as wheat pasta is to whole wheat pasta. I am GF and this is one product where I feel bad for the "wheaties" (those who eat wheat.) I buy in bulk and the only way I eat any other type of Mac-n-cheese is if I run out and the local store is "closer" than ordering online. BTW, I don't find a lot of difference in the cheese flavor (packs), but this also tastes very cheesy. Overall it beats the competition in every way.
