Love this product have purchased it twice now!
If you have issues with caffeine such as; the jitters, heart palpitations, etc., this product might be the one for you. I do not drink coffee and have always had issues with caffeine wherever it came from however, this product, for me, is amazing! I am almost done with my first bottle and had already ordered a second last month. The L-Theanine in it is a water soluble amino acid which is used, in this product, as a calming agent. Therefore, not caffeine jitters, no heart palps! Again, this is only my opinion but I have recommended it to family and they feel the same way as I do! I’m still only taking one per day that’s how well it works for me. According to the directions you can take up to 4 per day. I am SO happy with it!!!! PS There is absolutely no crashing either!

Better than expected
The effect was much better than what I originally anticipated a very calm and smooth energy

not much energy boost
I tend to get more snappy/anxious if I take regular caffeine pills intended for a quick energy boost. Usually 100-200mg. After a lot of research and reading the reviews on this I thought I would give it a shot. While I'm sure it works great for some, I can't say that it did much for me. I ended up creating my own dosage...taking one of my normal 100 mg caffeine capsules WITH one of these and it seems to do the trick for now. I get a steady energy boost (not as much as I would like) without the jitters or increased anxiety.

Makes me super sleepy and can’t function
Made me super tired! Does the exact opposite of any other caffeine product I have tried. Made me feel so sleepy I was unable to function. Every time I tried to take it, this happens. Unable to use this product again

I’m a regular caffeine drinker . I took the dose as indicated and it literally caused a near panic attack! Very negative intense effect that kicked off immediately ! Really test your tolerance first and beware of the effect.
