Love using this on the chip or cereal bags. The food stays fresh and tasting good. Hard to use on big bags but capable.

Heats up really fast so you don't have to wait. A lot works great on all kinds of plastic. Except for the really thin ones. Great to use on potato chip bags.

Nice little hand held sealer. Good price, easy to use and it's something I need sometimes and didn't want to invest in a bigger unit when I only need to seal up 10-20 bags of cookies a week.

Works as it should. I mostly use it for sealing mylar baggies

So small it can't seal a 3" candy bar wrapper in a single press. I really don't see the use of something this tiny unless you're packing individual candies.

Wow I love this mini bag sealer. We have a FoodSaver which I absolutely love, but I must be honest, I need it so much more than I will actually use it. Why? Because it is bulky and is hidden in my pantry because I can’t leave it conveniently on my countertop. I don’t always feel like going into my pantry to pull it out. So I looked for a new option and found this.I’m so glad I did. Most of the packages I need to seal are just the perfect size for using this sealer. It warms up in a minute or less and it seals like a champ!Yes, the FoodSaver sucks out the air whereas this sealer does not, but if you need to remove air, you can easily remove most of the air by sealing just enough to have a tiny hole in your packaging, then squeeze the air out of that tiny hole, then finish sealing completely.I don’t know who couldn’t use this. This is a GREAT gift for anyone who has a kitchen, or really anyone who was packages. Heck, even good for big kids, who often leaves bags of snacks half eaten and fully opened.

My sealer arrived today and of course I opened it and started sealing every opened chip bag in my pantry lol I admit I didn’t pay attention to the fact this one is corded which I have mixed feeling about after use. I love the fact a cord means no added cost for batteries but the cord means you’re stuck using it in specific areas of your home (yea I hoped to relax on my couch sealing bags lol) and sometimes the cord gets in the way. But honestly I’m just nit picking that aspect.The plates heat rather quickly with a simple on/off switch. *Make sure to just tap the bag when sealing to test how much heat it can handle so your bag doesn’t melt* My first few attempts led to a hole in a Doritos bag because I melted it and at one point I left the plates closed too long (on a cheese itz clear bag from the box) in one spot and the bag got stuck on the plates preventing the plates from opening lol after a few seconds of panicking trying to remove the bag from the plates (lol) it released the of course melted bag. So just tap and release. I also tried the sliding method on a Doritos bag Which worked until I hit a spot where the bag had been folded making it difficult to simply slide the plates. Yes, I melted the bag again lol After testing on a few bags to see how to/how not to use this sealer I am overall very happy with this purchase! Sorry I didn’t think to take pics/videos!
