I am a 26 YO male who works out (alternating between P90X, P90X2 and gym workouts depending on situation) at least 4 times a week for at least an hour and a half each day. After reaching a climax of no longer getting any more gains or leaning out, I started to experiment with an array of different supplements to see what I seem to be missing. I have tried everything up and down the block to help me shed those few pounds which hide my muscle tone. First, ephedra worked pretty well for me to lose weight, but it kept me up all night, is supposedly bad for you and is now illegal. After that went off the market, I skipped around on a few caffeine thermogenic supplements and had the same insomnia with drastically reduced results as ephedra (maybe due to tolerance of ephedra or those caffeine-type supplements are nothing but a hyped up No-Doz pill). After a short spell on caffeine Xenadrine, I hated the way it made me feel, it kept me up all night and didn't work that well, so I tossed it out and swore off caffeine. After that was at the peak of my frustration as I continued to work out like a fiend, consume nothing but lean proteins and veggies in small portion meals 6x a day, and notice no change whatsoever in my physical appearance. After being so disciplined with training and dieting as hard as I did, I was pretty fed up with it and actually a little depressed. I switched to a supplement which supposedly regulated your Thyroid and adrenal levels( Gaia Herbs Adrenal Support, http://www.amazon.com/Gaia-Herbs-Adrenal-liquid-filled-capsules/dp/B0036THMKS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1353387305&sr=8-1&keywords=adrenal+support+supplements) thinking that was the cause of my block. I believe the Adrenal supplement did help me improve my mood and lean out(mostly in my face and neck for some reason, a few people commented on this), it's positive effects began to taper off after about 3 months. Which FINALLY brings me to now; I started taking Six Star Test Booster about 3 weeks ago (End of October), and FINALLY think I found out what was missing in my training and dieting routine; TESTOSTERONE!! After returning from a family vacation for 4 days, (eating crap I normally don't and drinking wayyy more than I usually do mind you) I noticed I look much more lean and muscular in all my pictures. My family has even started to comment on it and ask what I have been doing (too bad they're all women; not sure if this would work for them haha). My mood is definitely improved as well(might be vacation mindset however) and I'm starting to notice muscles and veins bulge out places I normally don't. My libido hasn't changed however, but that maybe because I am a 26 year old male haha. SO, in conclusion, will this work for everyone? No, I most definitely don't think it will. You will unfortunately have to train and eat like a disciplined Jedi while experimenting with supplements until you find something that works for you. Orrr you could save yourself a ton of money and visit a nutritionist/endocrinologist/or other specialist who will tell you what you may need should you be unfortunate like me and hit a block. (probably what i should have done in the first place but I'm pretty stubborn). I will keep this review updated of my progress.

This is a decent formula and Boron is in quite a few other testosterone boosting supplements. It has been proven in studies to help maintain and increase testosterone levels. It worked out pretty well for me. I have never had this test booster from Six Star before. Even though I have seen it a million times. I was given the chance to try it out so I took it. Also I was out of other boosters that I had so at this price it was a no brainer. It is not a complete formula but if it was the price would be much higher. I am satisfied with the results. It helped in my workouts and I was able to feel better afterwards as well. I took 1 serving upon waking in the morning and depending on the day I would take the other serving at lunch or with dinner. That all depended on if I trained in the evening as well. I took it later to help with recovery. Which it did a really good job of that.

I've been thinking of this review for a few days and still find it difficult to keep this short of my total dislike of this product. How I want to provide example after example of how this product failed me time and time again. My goal was to take this produce for energy to keep consistent with exercising; and focus while at work. I did not receive any energy boost! Working in the office was horrible and because of this product I had to take TWO caffeine pills to stay awake. one caffeine pill first thing when arriving to work and another at the 2 or 3PM hour to stay awake. Normally I do not take a caffeine pill until the 2 or 3PM hour, and still that would be at random; not daily as I was taking this Six Star Testosterone Booster! The warning said no more than 4 pills per day. When taking two at a time caused me headaches. When I figured out these capsules make me sleepy I would take it 1 or 2 hours before going to bed. I would get a few hours of sleep no problem there! But during the day on weekends I found myself sleeping most of the day. (Saturday and Sunday). Also morning erection stopped. sex drive, was about the same. exercising decreased from off and on to mostly off! and increased weight a few pounds, like 4 to 6 pounds. I continued to take the pills for one because label does read 7 days for effect; and two I really don't like tossing money away; and three definitely wanted to make sure of results are consistent and I'm not just hating this Six Star Testosterone Booster. unfortunately, I still have a lot of the capsules left over but I did use a bit over half the bottle. I will be going back to the other testosterone product I was using. I only stopped using the previous product because I thought my body got used to the pills.

Good product , it does the expected effect, I take it 3x a week and I'm getting muscle mass with intense training

歳とともにあっちの反応も悪くなり、テストステロンサプリを色々試しました。 始めこの商品を使ったとき、パッケージ開けると、ビックリな内容量の少なさに驚き、けちりながら、１日2錠を12時間おきに1本全部使い終えたけど、ほぼ効果がなく、ダメだと思ってましたが、他のテストステロン製品より少し割安なので、またリピート購入して、今度は、本来の1日4錠を2回に分けて12時間間隔で飲んでみたところ、劇的とはいかないですが、効果があるのが分かりました。ちゃんとした容量を飲まないとやっぱりダメだと実感しました。 また、若い年齢の人だと、元々のテストステロン分泌量があるので、あまり効果は体感出来ないのかなとも感じましたが、中高年の年齢の人なら、飲んだ方が体の調子が上がりますね。 ただ容量として、一か月適量を飲むとなると2本買わないといけないので、他のテストステロンブースター製品と価格が同程度になるので、出来れば、1本で1か月持つようなコスパな製品になればいいんですけどね。
