I used it to season chicken I grilled. Looking forward to trying it in other recipes to see if the flavor comes through stronger. If not, than I'll probably stick with regular Italian seasoning spice mix, albeit minus the garlic & onion (sniff-sniff!). Almost one year FODMAP free, it isn't easy, but well worth feeling great again. Wish there was more rub per packet especially considering the price, but it was good! You can notice the hing flavor but its not terrible. Just wish I knew how many carbs were in this rub, it mentions the turbinado sugar but theres nothing on the packet regarding nutritional info.
