I was really worried about making this purchase because it’s a really large investment. And what is more is doing this over Amazon felt a little strange, but I was incredibly detailed about my research and I read the reviews. This is the one that I chose, and it was here within a week. I can’t tell you the difference it has made in my life. I have had all excellent experiences with the seller, the delivery company, the ones I hired to set it up for me. They even followed up to make sure I was happy with the purchase. If you are thinking about getting a chair like this, trust me that you will not regret it It is quiet, it has so many amazing settings, and I just don’t have anything negative to say about it at all.

great service from Osaki fulfilment center, Victor kept me informed until the chair was at my door and then contacted me to be sure everything was good with the chair. it was super easy to move into place and easy to assemble. were very happy with the Osaki pro chair.

We recently purchased a brand-new Osaki OS-Pro 4D DuoMax massage chair, but after only 6 weeks, we are experiencing numerous problems. The foot roller, calf air massage, and foot stretching mechanisms are all non-functional. The right-side armrest air massager is unresponsive, and the monitor screen freezes intermittently. Initially, they replaced the main PCB board (motherboard), but that didn’t fix the problem. Now, they’ve suggested replacing another part (the complete footrest system), but there is no estimated time for its arrival. We bought this machine in April, and it has been out of service more than it has been used. Customer service has been incredibly poor; I’ve submitted multiple tickets and requested updates, but they have failed to respond and provide any updates. Considering the chair costs $12,999, the service is worse than any customer support I’ve encountered. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend buying Osaki products.

Amazing I feel 20 percent better , I think the massage chair saved me a visit to the chiropractor. The machine is rough ,it does not have mercy in my back but is exactly what I needed .

Mechanics are OK but the controls are a nightmare and do not rely on what they tell on delivery time.

I received my chair yesterday and was able to set it up with no problems! Beautiful massage chair and seems to be well made. It’s very comfortable as well. The delivery was fast and no issues. I really appreciate this company doing such good business. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I boughr a taupe Admiral massage chair on Black Friday ( 25% off) from emassagechairs from Las Vegas 2020. I paid to have it delivered and assembled. I have saved $3000/yr on Chiroptlractic and feel much better.

I did my homework for about three months before buying this product and now I see it’s totally worth it, it’s exactly what I expected. Pretty much entire body is taken care of, foot rollers are awesome.
