I suffer from anxiety as well as ADHD. This cube is really very neat. When I first felt it in my hand it felt so smooth and comfortable, and very quickly it became comfortable in my hand. It seems to be very sturdy and durable. So I put the cube in my robe pocket and carried it around with me all day the first day. I cannot believe how many times I found myself standing there with the cube in my hand just fidgeting, and let me tell you, it certainly does help with the stress. It helps with racing minds, anxiety and helps me keep focus on what I am doing. Then my son came home from school and as soon as he saw the cube I couldn't play with it anymore, but he certainly enjoyed it! He actually became sick the next day and ended up staying home from school and as he was lying in bed resting he had that cube in his hand every time I went to check in on him. And I have still not been able to play with the cube since then...I may have to order a second one.
