None of the stand offs were cut level (on the larger section) and they were all scuffed at the top. I know they don’t cost a lot, but I expected them to be cut straight.

Real stainless.
Our plastic house number needed new mounts as both the originals and a previous replacement rusted. The first replacement claimed to be stainless steel but were chrome plated steel and rusted within a year. These are most definitely the real deal and are good quality stainless - as a retired engineer I know it when I see it. Nice little mounts and good for outdoor use.
