This one was perfect. The neoprene chest part is great because it allows their arms to still move freely and lay by their side. The foam is substantial enough to float them easily and the flap behind the head floats their head easily above water. And the double strap between the legs make the vest feel very safe and secure. My daughter weights about 22lbs and this worked great! The mid section is snug so it could fit a smaller child.
