Luvabella Newborn, Dark Brown Hair, Interactive Baby Doll with Real Expressions and Movement

I decided to give into the hype of these dolls for our four year old who is such a little mama hen, and we gifted it to her for Christmas. Unfortunately, the excitement came to a screeching halt when after numerous battery changes the doll didn’t work. It was as cute as a button, she had all of her parts, but she just wouldn’t turn on. I immediately logged onto start a refund and even though it was Christmas, amazon sent me a notification within the hour that the order was being processed and made it super easy to return the other doll. Her exchange doll came in today, and we are so over the moon happy. We’ve got a happy girl, a doll that works & parents that feel better about everything. I should have tested the doll first before I gifted it to her, I bought it several weeks ago and just stashed it in the closet. But you don’t really think about something not working properly when you’re ordering Christmas gifts I guess?? Anywho.. the doll is a hit. She LOVES it. It’s the cutest thing ever!

This doll was amazing , until she literally fell one foot from the couch onto the carpet and then she lost her voice! My daughter is beside herself!!!! If she still worked I would rate her 6 stars but - geez it’s still Christmas night!!!! She wasn’t opened but 10 hours ago - I hope she will work again :( UPDATED: Amazon shipped a new baby doll must have been on Christmas Day, and she works fine so far. Wow - thanks Amazon, I switched the dolls out without my daughter even knowing, and she thinks she just got better - thank you so much for hearing our plea. This is the coolest and most realistic doll I’ve ever seen - i myself, 41 year old mom - can’t help but hold her like a real baby. This doll should be in nursing homes all over the country

Well I purchased this for a "Santa"gift and it is too late to get replacement. I put batteries in and all it does is babbles like a baby. Doesn't suck the bottle or pacifier, eyes never closed, and to top it off, rubber on the top of the head had a small tear.

I got this for my daughter's second birthday. She works great, is very cute and I like that it only babbles and cries as talking can get very repititive. Daughter managed to scrape a little paint off the back of her head, but she was pushing across the tile. As far as play value, she gets played with here or there, but not as much as I'd hoped since she loves babies. Seems the more toys do, the less interested kids are. Maybe opt for a classic baby doll without batteries for smaller children. May update review when she's a little older and see if the baby has grown on her any.

Bought for my 3 year old granddaughter for Christmas. She absolutely loves this baby doll. She recieved alot of gifts but this is the only baby doll she wants. She treats it like her baby, kisses her, hugs her burps her, and come to me with the baby and says” here grandma watch my baby”. She watches me to make sure I am babysitting. If you havent gotten this baby for your children or grandchildren, stop what your doing and order it. You wont be disappointed and neither will they!! The sellers are quick to respond. Make sure you get get good quality Brand batteries!

At first I didn’t want to get “another doll” for my little girl, but she really wanted this one. It is actually really sweet and interactive. It senses when you put the bottle or pacifier up and makes an, “Ahhhhh” sound. It so cute. The mouth moves so cute too when she eats. Only bad part is like all the other reviews about the rubber hair pain peeling off a little in the back. But we don’t mind because it really is a fun, great doll!

Baby arrived and we put the batteries in and turned it on, there was sound but no movement. So, I called Spin Master, the parent company, the customer service was great. Like the type you get maybe once a year. They where on it and a replacement doll is already on it's way at no cost to me. The gentleman I talked to was very nice and awesome fixing the issue. I would recommend any Spin Master toy.

I would NOT recommend this doll. It has multiple issues. The doll itself Is a LOT smaller than I thought it would be. It does not have a soft plush body either it is more like a hard body covered with very thin fabric. It looks to be soft but isn’t and feels cheap. The hair paint is peeling off all over. The lips are peeling. This is how I received the doll fresh out of the box! Also the doll came with some sort of tape stuck on the head which made the hair peel even more. Doll does not move eyes or mouth like it is supposed to. It makes sounds but no movement. The batteries I used were brand new. From what I’ve read a lot of people have had this same issue with doll and there are many non working luvabella son auction sites. I should have listened to reviews! I must have gotten someone’s return but regardless this doll isn’t made well whatsoever. The doll itself doesn’t look beat beat up or anything so if it were played with it was done gently so there’s no reason it should have all these issues. Painted on hair is all sticky and would peel off completely in a short time. Lips same thing. This doll would NOT be good for kids OR even adult collectors. It looks and feels cheap with multiple issues. I could have dealt with the peeing paint to a certain extent but not the mouth and eyes not moving, There are better options out there. Box it comes in is even the cheapest possible box...not a window box but a small plain box almost like a shoe box of sorts. This in itself would not be bad to save on packaging and paper. The box is actually a bonus in that the doll is easy to get out of box and fortunately just as easy to get back in so when you need to return it it’s easy for you to do. My little girl loves this doll. After seeing it on a YouTube video she raided through her money box to buy it and was not disappointed. It’s very cute and just as she expected. Great little doll

Produit qui ne fonctionne pas. La poupée fait les sons mais ne bouche ni la bouche ni les yeux... Emballage d'origine arracher comment cela fonctionne pour renvoyer le produit ?

Grandma bought her this doll and she's been carrying it everywhere since. I'm not sure why others reviews say she doesn't move as advertised, because ours does. Her skin is kind of like a rubber so it's meant to feel like real skin. My youngest daughter has since asked for this doll for her Birthday in April. Will be buying a second!
