The Velcro came off within 2 weeks of use (weight lifting 3-4 times a week) and now it refuses to stay on when I have it at the proper width for my arm. Instead, to keep it on, I have to have it a little loose on my arm so it's swinging around but that's the only place the Velcro is functioning. When I workout my phone is too bulky so I put my mp3 player in my armband and I'm good to go. When I'm outside walking my phone fits beautifully in this armband, it's nice not to have to carry my phone in my hand.
