excellent balsamic
quality of product is excellent. if you're looking for a good, thick, syrupy, sweet, aged balsamic, you will be pleased with this product. it's wonderful on strawberries or smoked fish and cream cheese. also excellent on Italian cheeses.

excellent product
This is an excellent product. It's everything to high-end balsamic should be. The only problem, the red label, approximately $40, of the same brand might be as good or better.

If you are a discerning balsamic consumer…
Only this aged balsamic from Modena provides the full bodied fragrant and thick balsamic with the depth of flavour I’m looking for…this one is truly the ultimate…I use it to finish off salmon steaks drizzled on salads and fruits and in cocktails …wherever it goes, it impresses! It presents perfectly on any table as well as being a most appreciated hostess gift!

Expensive but good.
This balsamic vinegar is thicker and stays better on the tomato slice or the fresh mozzarella. It also tastes better and more concentrated than the cheaper products.

You Gotta Get This!
How many times have you ordered tomatoes, mozzarella & basil or Chicken Paillard both have aged balsamic drizzled over it. Now you can enjoy this all the time at home! This is so delicious. Once you have it available at home, you’ll use it for other dishes too.

whats the age ?????
The description of this product states ...in Bold print...that the product has been aged for over 20 years............Yet nowhere on the bottle or any of its packaging can I find anything affirming that description of this product from which I relied upon when selecting it for purchase and the product is non-returnable...... would appreciate any plausible explanation....Many Thanks John H.

Poor Quality for the Price
At $112 a bottle, this should be great balsamic, but it is barely passable. The balance of acid to sweetness is off, and there is not nearly enough depth or complexity to the flavor.I have a $50 bottle of Villa Manodori brand that is far better.I am so disappointed in Giuseppe Giusti. They used to make spectacular, knock your socks off balsamic. No more. This is hardly better than the supermarket brands that add sweetener.
