Shredded Low-Moisture Part skim Mozzarella Cheese 5 lb

Good flavored cheese for use on my cauliflower pizza, I wasn’t sure about the price compared to the local discount store but I purchased it to save me from traveling to the store.

i got it and it was a big melted ball , i tryed to return it but they said no returns on this. it was two much money for nothing. i just threw it away

I ignored another reviewer that said it arrived melted into a ball of cheese by the time it was received. I figured his was a one time issue. Nope, I received it today and it was a partially melted ball of cheese. Seems to still be good, but likely needs to be re-shredded to be usable on pizza. Letting it cool in refrigerator first. On taste it is good cheese though. Luckily this is near winter and it is very cold outside. I can't imagine what I would have gotten in Summer.

I did a lot of research on healthy cheese and this product is very good. I have been purchasing this product for a while now and will continue to do so. The best part is it taste very good. The people that sell it are very friendly and helpful. On a side note, a very special thank you to ArmyGirl for being such a nice person.

Love this cheese. Arrived refrigerator temp. Two ice packs enclosed that are reuseable. Shipped fast. Made 2 puzzad both turned out great with the cheese all melted uniformly. Resealable packet. Will definitely buy again

Yes, it is perfect for pizza, but don’t limit yourself - I love using it for baked potatoes and anything else where cheese is welcome.
