These lacrosse balls are so useful! I keep the blue one either in my bag or at work so that I can throw my back on the back of my chair. I keep the red one at home so that I can rub my back before bed. I initially bought them for some really big tension in my back/shoulders. I continue to use them every other night. They also work for rolling my foot. I put the bar on the ground and then on top of the ball to roll.

I got it in the mail the other day. I was expecting two Lacrosse Balls, and I got two Lacrosse Balls. I got a red lacrosse ball, and I got a blue lacrosse ball. I do the SMR glue rolls, and it feels like medieval torture - which is what I was told it would feel like. So far so good. I'm not sure what makes a lacrosse ball good, I've never played lacrosse...but these seem to be good lacrosse balls.

Works great to get out muscle kinks- much like a deep tissue massage. Exactly what I expected- except in the picture it looks like you will receive 1 small and 1 large ball. The balls are both the same size. That is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.

I was in a car accident where I was rear ended and hit into the car in front of my, which caused whiplash and aggravated one of my discs. After some chiropractic treatment he recommended to get lacrosse ball to really get into the muscle and try to roll some of the knot. You her two solid rubber balls, as described, that are meant for massage or treatment.

Recommended by my Physical Therapist. Roll against your back on a wall or on the floor to knead your muscles. Works better than a tennis ball (which I was using before)

I bought these on the advice of my physical therapist who suggested I use these to massage my back area by placing them against a hard surface to pinpoint the spot where I am experiencing my pain. These work great. I have no clue as to how they would perform in playing Lacrosse.

These are amazing for getting the knots out of my back. I was really confused when I read some reviews saying they stink. Mine smell like rubber but it's not an intense smell.. I only smell it if I sniff the ball.

Fist class today and they work well for squishing out muscles and fascia! Just what the “doctor” offered. My dog likes to steal them as well, and I may get her her own set.
