I have been gifted with the ear canal's of a new born baby. For the life of me I couldn't get my XM4's or new XM5's to fit comfortably. With these tips finally I can move around without the fear of them popping out my ears or spending considerable time trying to get them to fit. I've only dropped one star as the ANC isn't quite as affective now due to the passive sound entering my ears due to the less dense design of these buds. To my ears the sound quality is unaffected. I imagine these will last longer than foam tips too

Quick summary. These make a huge difference to sound quality and noise cancelling because they fit my ears properly. You get 4 pairs for the money. These fit on the nozzles of both Nothing Ear and Technics EAH-AZ80 earbuds. And both charging cases still close and work properly with the tips fitted. I bought them because neither pair of earbuds came supplied with tips that fit my ears properly (which is a bit disappointing given the purchase price of good quality earbuds). In fact, these tips rescued the earbuds from an immediate return. The fit of earbuds tips is very important in sound quality, comfort and noise cancelling performance so it's a pity the manufacturers seemingly put so little effort into making a wider range of sizes of better quality. Bose are the only exception I've found so far. They supply a good range of sizes as standard and additional sizes in fitting kits at a reasonable price. The spinfit tips are made of good quality materials and their dimensions are are made clear in product data so you can compare the sizes with the tips you have.

I usually wear the medium stock ear bud tip that come with headphones so I ordered the same here. However I found the seal wasn't as good so I would recommend sizing up. They are very comfortable though.

Treated myself to the Sony wf1000-xm4s while on offer. I was disappointed with the sound due to not getting a good seal with the large foam buds they ship with. Booom! - these have saved the day. I can feel them gripping by inner ear canal nice and snug but not uncomfortably. There's good resistance when removing them so am confident they won't fall out. I now have great sound and particularly that low end that you just can't get, for me, with the foam. Going up 2mm to XL makes a big difference it seems. Pricey for four tiny bits of plastic but if you're struggling to get a seal due to large odd shaped, asymmetric lugs like mine they're well worth a shot

They are really good quality and feel much better than the standard rubber original tips. However and it is a real biggy, for me. These ear tips are too long/deep, for the several types of ear buds I own to fit back in to their cases properly. This means they are not making contact with the charging points and thus the earbuds do turn off and also do not recharge. My V Moda and SoundPeats H1's were completely dead having been left in their cases with these tips fitted for six hours yesterday. A list of the earbuds I tried them on V Moda Hexamove pro, SoundPeats H1 and SoundPeats mini, Anker sound Core liberty 3 pro and B&O E8 buds. The aperture of the sleeve is too small to fit my Google pixel buds pro. I am returning for a refund.

I bought these because my baby girl had chewed the original ones :) Unfortunately, these don't fit as well and don't keep the headphones stable. Any basic activity means the headphones fall off. The noise isolation is also not as good. I now have to look for better options.

And for shorter span iems it does give you a few mm more to try get a good seel
