Quality is sturdy , doesn’t feel like it’s gonna fall apart as you’re using it. Knee pad that comes with is very comfortable. Very effective if you’re determined to get a six pack.

Very easy to put together and the quality is great, very sturdy

It's comfortable to use once you get the hang of it. The grip can be a bit difficult if you don't use gloves. It is smooth and quiet when rolling. You will get a burn sensation after a few reps, which is good. Not something I'd stick with as a standalone workout-- maybe mix it with other ab strengthening workouts to really get results.

No complaints after having this for 3-4 months. If any criticisms occur I'll update my review (if I remember to).
