Roll out the exercise ball!
The exercise ball is working out great for me. They sell these in different sizes, so I guess it is important to pick the correct size for yourself. By the way, you also get exercise from pumping up the ball.

I've bought cheap balls before, and been happy with the quality, but they only last about 6 months. This time, I went for one 4 times the price. It looks great, and feels very much more durable. I am, once again, very pleased. We will see how long it lasts.

It's grippy and there's no smell! It made me realize how bad the swiss balls I've used in the past are. Exceeded my expectations and highly recommend.

Excellent quality. This ball doesn’t compress when you sit on it unlike the cheaper ones. Very important to have your legs at a right angle when you sit on the ball. Air retention excellent. Easy to inflate. Don’t be fooled by the cheaper ones, you will end up buying again.
