Love this rain barrel! When it first arrived I was skeptical about it because it is plastic. But once we put it up, it blends well with the foliage next to the house and looks great! It works great too! I love that we can pick up the hose and turn it on anytime we want and water the plants. It holds quite a lot of rainwater and was worth the price!

This is an awesome rain barrel. It works beautifully, is strong and looks great. We put a small screen on top to be sure mosquitos won't get in (it has a grid but we thought they might get through). It is designed to attach another barrel or a hose to the side as an overflow to be able to divert the overflow water to wherever we like. We added the house but may also add another barrel later. Very pleased. We have not had it through a winter yet. Edit after the winter: We drained it and stored it upside down for the winter. Then set it upright and started using it this spring. We did add a new connection that protrudes a bit to the drain hole where the hose attaches. It was just too difficult to get our fingers in and tighten up the connection. Now it's better than ever!

Love the chocolate brown color, not sure how it will hold up in the Texas sun. Love the rectangle shape. I ended up elevating it on 2 blocks so the water still came out when it had 1/4 still in it. Love that the open /close valve is in the hose. The clasp to hold the hose doesn’t stay in the barrel and falls out occasionally. Like the large opening in the top with the removable screen which allows me to use a pump if I want. I attached one barrel to another and it included the connection hose. When it was at the same height I noticed a small drip at the connection hose point. When elevated it disappeared.

GREAT product design & performance. Blends in nicely with brick exterior; didn’t have to trim downspouts. Easily connects to any hose system, including irrigation hoses. Just ordered two more to keep my garden happy this summer!

This is a very nice container. I like that it’s flat, so it fits against my small greenhouse and collects the rainwater through my eves set up perfectly.

this is my third rain barrel, they work great, have them attached to my gutter systems. H2O here is really expensive and we have a ton of flowers.

I bought four of these rain barrels. Very excited. One of the rain barrels has a pin point leak on the front and the valve use to turn the water on and off does not work. I would not recommend this barrel as when there are problems you cannot return without paying out of pocket expenses.

Works well. Fills easily. I just put mess under the screen it comes with (holes were too big for mosquitoes). Easy to use. Winter I just emptied and left out. No issues come spring.

Excellent product. It's well-made, the plastic is thick, and the best part was I didn't have to put anything together. I've only been using it a few weeks, but it feels like it will hold up well for a long while. You can tell it was manufactured to survive a Canadian winter (empty of course, so it doesn't crack in the cold). The included hose is handy for filling up my watering can and the spigot on the end keeps the water from being wasted. I like the included clip on the side that let's me tuck the hose up off the ground. It holds a respectable amount of water, too. I was looking for something to capture water on my rooftop terrace where I grow my vegetables so I didn't have to lug jugs of water up there any longer and this is doing exactly what I needed it to do. I also like that it's a rectangle, as this made it easier to fit around my planters while placing it strategically under the lip of the bit of roof that sticks out overhead. It's also made in Canada, so that made it infinitely more attractive to me personally as a Canadian. It wasn't cheap, but it's also not cheaply made, so I thought it was worth paying a little more for quality. This is the second item I've purchased from this company (previously bought their tumbling composter). If these two items are an indication of the quality of the rest of their product line, I wouldn't hesitate to buy more outdoor garden items from FCMP Outdoor Store.

Great value and looks great too 😁👍 We use this water barrel with the run off from our greenhouse and it works great. Added a submersible pump, hose and sprayer for easy watering of the greenhouse plants 🪴 Highly recommended 😁👍

The product essentially is good but you do have to find your own equipment to hook the barrel up to your drain for the overflow. You do receive a sleeve to connect the rain barrels if you want them in tandem. Also be careful to tighten the hoses on the bottom of the barrel as they will come loose and you’ll have a mini gusher. The barrels are sturdy, and have an even bottom and sit well on the pedestals we made for them. I will buy more.
