Fly-Free Living for My Chickens and Goats
These non-toxic fly traps have been a fantastic solution for keeping the fly population under control around my chicken and goat enclosures. I love that they’re safe to use near animals—no harsh chemicals or risks to my flock. The bait is surprisingly effective, and setup is quick and easy. Within a day you will start catching flies. It is stinky so be aware of that but it is so effective. If you're looking for a low-maintenance, eco-friendly way to manage flies, this is the way to go! These are also less money than what I would pay for the at the local Tractor Supply.

Gets the job done!
We’ve got a big bush near our door that attracts tons of flies in the spring and summer. Every time we open the door, a big fly always manages to sneak in—and I hate having flies in the house. I saw the great reviews on this product and decided to give it a try, and now I totally get the hype.It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The first trap filled up in about a week, and I’m already using the second one. It’s made a huge difference—now the flies go straight to the trap. It was very easy to set up! Happy with the purchase 👍🏻

Works but the odor is NOT tolerable
I'm not even sure how to rate this. It works alright and keep the flies away from the chicken pen but never again. The smell is horrific and something you'll never forget - especially in hot humid weather. Never ever do I want to smell that again.

Dont walk! Run! It works!
I am not usually a review posting customer but this works!! I have 3 dogs that use my backyard for their business, and I also have an alley behind my house where the trash goes. They both cause continuous flies. I set one at the entrance of the backyard and one right by where the dogs go to the bathroom. It is unbelievable how fast this stuff started working. Whatever is in that bait those flies love it. I'm not looking forward to emptying it based on what I see right now.

A smelly AF fly trap that works!!!
I don’t write many reviews…but had to for this fly trap. If you want something that works, this thing definitely does. We kept getting flies in our garage so I bought a few of these. I made the mistake of putting one in the garage (DO NOT DO THIS!!). Whatever is in the fly attractant smells like a dead rotting body covered in poop. I gagged and about barfed several times when getting a whiff. No joke! I had to move it out and away from the house. The flies instantly flock to this thing and get trapped inside. It has eliminated our problem for now. Everything is great, besides the smell…but I guess that is the point and why they love this thing.

Could have a better attractant
I have tried others before. This does work but there should be a stronger smell.

Fantastic fly bait!
I purchased this fly bait to put inside a fly trap I bought elsewhere. I needed something that was extremely smelly, foul just to attract flies. This bait did the trick! This is one day just outside and it’s swarming with flies trapped! Will definitely buy more as the season progresses. I’m very satisfied with it.

Works as advertised ... with a big "but..."
This product earns 5 stars because it does exactly what it says it does. BOY does it do what it says it does. But here are my problems with it - and they might not be deal killers for others. Mainly - trapping 20,000 flies does NOT get rid of the regular pestering of flies on the patio. Does it cut down on them? Who knows. If you have half a million flies that are regular visitors during a day, does removing a jarful put a dent in the fly population? Once again ... who knows. Problem #2: while it doesn't smell THAT bad ... it smells, and as the weather starts to heat up, it's starting to permeate sitting areas, and even in the house. Problem #3: the collection jar is beyond nauseating. A massive, squirming stew of dead and dying flies and maggots that smells like dead animal. I'm still debating if I want to brave the task of flushing this horror down the toilet or just throw the whole system in a bag & trash it. So - as I said ... this product works, no doubt about it. The question is - do I want to deal with the smell, the horrible, massive collection of rotting flies and their disposal? I'm on the fence, but leaning toward "no."
