**Q: If I remove the 2 cups do I have to remove the whole insulation lid to drink or just flip up? Please help**
A: After removing both cups. It has a separate screw on cap that you remove to pour/ drink. Not flip up.  Hope this answers your question.

**Q: Should there be a seal on the top of glass inner? Ours leaks water in between the glass inner and plastic outer.**
A: There is a thermal lid to keep water hot . If it leaks that means it cannot keep water hot . My one has no such problem.

**Q: Does this have a proper sprout lid can I remove the cups & just use it like a proper bottle if so will it keep the insulation? Please help**
A: It comes with two cups on top of the insulation lid . So even you remove the cups ,it still keeps hot.

I personally prefer this glass-lined bottle over stainless steel because steel tends to hold onto odors after a while. This glass interior is fantastic for keeping the flavor clean, though you do have to be a bit more careful with it since it's glass. The build quality is very impressive and feels sturdy.
