I have a bracelet also, from a different vendor, and even though I've worn mine everyday since September, it's in excellent condition. I wish there was a way to contact the vendor but I don't see how. So, I figured I should at least let others know. She is a petite woman and hardly stretched the band to get it over her hand. Disappointing to say the least. We think we've recovered all the beads.
