I had an issue with sweat dripping onto my face, so I got these and the are literally so soft and absorb it all! No more sweat in the eyes.

Fits perfect, very comfortable

It's a little big, but it definitely gets the job done. It's comfortable, and it stayed on the whole shift without sliding around.

You're going to sweat in your hard hat, when you pair these with bandannas your life in construction will be so much better.

*Update* after a couple of weeks of use I wanted to come back and say I feel I was correct, these slide around quite a bit and come unsnapped and I have to check 2 or 3 times a day to make sure they are still snapped. They are comfortable, they don't stain, are reasonably absorbent. But the sliding and unsnapping still warrant a solid 3 starsSo I love the fact they are terrycloth, 100 cotton. But one row of snaps are installed backwards, hard hat sweat bands are supposed to wrap around snug to prevent sliding. These dont so I don't know how well they'll last during 10-12 hours days, since I'd planned on layering them with my other liners im hoping they will hold in place.

This is the only band I use. Very comfortable, wash up nice, fits the hard hat strap like a glove, you can’t go wrong for the price.
