Checked the weight but when we put the baskets up the plastic strap broke in half. Perhaps it was because we had watered the baskets which made them heavier?

I have used this type of hanger for many years with varying success. I am now purchasing my 3rd pair of this make and have found them to be quality made and so far very reliable. I can certainly recommend them for hanging baskets up to 14 inches which, when well watered, are pretty heavy !

Unfit for purpose, fabric cord snapped and dropped the basket onto a bush and my car's front bumper, after only one month's use. I would like a refund please.

Easy to use. They don't feel very strong so don't know how long they will last but they were a good price and worth the money.

I needed to replace a plant pulley which had broken. This one works very well, and it is useful to have two, in case the first one breaks.

I ignored the reviews, as you do, and wish I hadn't. These are pretty poor, really difficult to use, I couldn't get it to lock where I wanted it to, couldn't get it to retract once it had locked. Put the basket on and it just dropped to the floor. Really wish I had bought a small set of steps instead...!!!

Both items failed to click into a locked selected height. No confidence in this product Sorry.

These came well packaged, strong and sturdy, easy to attach to hanging baskets and made it a lot easier for my mother in law to water them.
