ZHEGE Luggage Locks TSA Approved, Suitcase Padlocks (Black, 2P)

I need a padlock that I could use to keep my wildlife camera from being open and tampered with. A thin loop was needed and easy to thread through and this fitted perfectly. Setting the numbers I wanted was easy and took a couple of minutes to do. The numbers are easy to spin round to the ones you have set. It locks well and keeps my camera save. The wire is thin enough to go through zips and small loops. I now have one on my camera and the second of my North Face duffel bag. I now have no worries of either being opened with out my set numbers. The wire although thin would need a good strong pair of wire cutter to open the lock. Over all it does what I need it to do.

It took a while to get my head around how these work but they performed well on holiday. The code is long and allowed me to put it through two tags on the bag. The trick is to slide the open end towards the centre to open and not pull. As I took a rucksack instead of suitcase these gave me extra reassurance.

Cable is flexible enough for different zips, and the open indicator is a useful feature. Feel solid and suitable for travel and everyday use.

The lock itself worked perfectly for the first year and then wouldn’t open. After trying to reset it in vain, I contacted the supplier Zhenge, and they were absolutely brilliant! After their technical team sent a few combinations that they thought would open the lock but didn’t, they sent me a brand new lock free of charge which works perfectly. A huge thank you to Lucy and the Zhenge team!

Easy to put new code in and the length of wire is easier to attach to zips

On recieving the locks the packaging of suggests they aren't as good quality as they actually are, but on opening them they indeed are very well made. The tumblers move freely, but not too freely to be turned easily by accident. The instructions to set the codes of your choice is clear and easy, although you will need a pen or something similar to do it. They are about the weight you would expect from a fairly solid lock, but not so heavy as to overly affect suitcase weight. The 4 digit code is much safer than a 3 digit one which a lot of the locks have, so in my opinion it ticks all the boxes and I'm happy to recommend it .

My pack of 2 locks arrived today the delivery time was excellent. Unfortunately the reset on one of the locks does not work rendering the lock useless. Would have liked to email the supplier but just cannot find a way of doing that. Well, after a lot of time fiddling with the faulty lock dials I managed to get it unlocked and this also released the jammed reset button, so it seems ok. Quite frustrating though.

Fait bien le job, il est très facile de "programmer" le code secret, et le filin est très pratique pour prendre en sandwich les deux fermetures d'un sac de voyage. Un peu cher mais de bonne qualité.

Un peu de difficulté à l'ouverture. Sinon bon produit.

Pratique pour les voyages par avion, permettant un minimum de sécurité pour son bagage. Protection symbolique car le câble est fin mais ce cadenas est prévu de toute façon être ouverte avec les clés TSA…

Dans le colis intact, il n'y a que 2 cadenas sur les 4 commandés !
