I just received this shoe and it is perfect for my needs
If you have been in a leg /ankle/foot cast for very long you know it is impossible to keep the bottom of the cast clean and intact. I just received this shoe and it is perfect for my needs. I highly recommend it. I bought the medium which is the correct size in width and length for a size 9 woman's foot with a huge leg/ankle cast. It is longer than my foot but the width is perfect. There are adjustments that will keep the shoe on plus afford plenty of air circulating around the cast. I am keeping it on all the time when not sleeping. I wore it to the doctor's office today and they were very impressed with the shoe and will probably recommend it to their other patients. They replaced my cast today with a thicker one and the shoe comes off when I'm not standing up with my weight on it to keep it on. There should be extra ties ones to keep the shoe on by tying to the ankle. Right now you have to invent one on your own to make it stay on with a larger, thicker cast.

Very good, Needs more size options, Needs better Bungees
The bungees are pretty flimsy and stretch out easily but it hasn't broken yet, but it'd probably be a nightmare to try to repair. Overall, for a 'cast shoe' they are soooo much better than anything else I've seen and it has toe protection. The women's Medium can fit a women's foot size 8-9 with some room to spare. Large was Gi-normous and had to be returned. I wish the bungees were better.

This shoe does not adjust to fit! No returns accepted!
This item is very poorly designed. The bungie cords do not all connect to each other thus making it impossible to adjust to fit your cast. I purchased both the medium and small, thinking certainly one or the other would fit. The small was too small (I wear an 8.5 shoe) And the large was too large AND impossible to adjust. Because the bungie cords around the ankle as well as the toe of the shoe are not connected to the center (which does adjust the center width) It was impossible to wear. I made a mistake in assuming I could return if they didn't fit...

No pressure point feeling on my foot
I will admit I was very skeptical about this product. But I received it in the mail today and put it on my cast, a little long in the toes, but fits perfect everywhere else. What I really like about this product is that when I put my foot down, I feel no pressure points!!! I was injured last October and it has taken forever to get anything done with it, but I finally had to have surgery to do repairs in my ankle. I have had a lot of pain in my foot due to everything and pressure points on my the bottom of my foot. With this I was able to put my foot down comfortably and no pain what so ever. Thank you so so much!!!

Definitely worth it
I wear a size 8 shoe so I bought the medium. First off, hard casts are rather bulky, so the shoe could have been wider with long laces. The length was perfect, though. Putting the shoe on is a bit of a challenge due to the very snug fitment. Walking is a total breeze. I have been recommending it to everyone I know.

Large sizing and cheap construction
I bought this after buying the large which was way too big. This shoe was still large and I think I could have fit in a small. I normally wear a size 10 shoe. Also, one of the strap connections broke off the last week I needed to wear this. I was able to get by but the construction is very cheap. With all of that said, it did its primary job which was to protect my foot from the constant rains we were having in Colorado.

Much better than the canvas shoe
I would have given this 5 stars if the sizing hadn't been off on the first one I ordered. I wear a women's 8.5, and the Medium was huge! I would have killed myself walking in it. I returned it and ordered a small, which fits fine. I could easily have worn it if I wore a size 9 shoe.

As far as comfort it was great for working on your feet for 9 hour shifts
Runs very big my shoe size is 11 and had to get a medium and it was still a little big. Also no instructions on how to adjust the bands. Use a philips head to loosen the tabs on the inside and then pull the bands to fit, but be careful not to loosen it to much it will fall out. As far as comfort it was great for working on your feet for 9 hour shifts.
