Think if it like the bandage from the Carlisle First aid kits issued ...
First off let me say that those that are saying that the title of the product is "slightly" (heavy emphasis on slightly) misleading probably could be due to the fact it does state "compression" bandage. Some people may automatically think that with it saying that and "Israeli bandage" that they are getting the bandage with the compression bar. Well with that said, its all in how you read it. It straight up says its an army dressing and even has the picture of the product you are going to get. So if anyone actually looks and researches then they know straight away this isn't the "Israeli" that the GI's carry. This is a simple dressing with the gauze tie straps. The standard bandage carried the world over for a very long time. Think if it like the bandage from the Carlisle First aid kits issued to GI's during the second world war. Also the bandage is compressed to fit into kits and pouches better :) . See its all in how you read it. Now with ALL that said. I did get 10 when they came in, and I opened one up to make sure it was what I thought it was going to be. It was indeed. Just a bandage pad with the gauze sewn together to make it a one stop package to dress a wound. These fit GREAT into a 1st aid kit or in my case a hunting/range/(semi) EDC bag. In all honesty I suppose 30 bucks for 10 is OK considering one Emergency Battle Dressing (with the compression bar aka "Israeli") is at least 8 bucks. However, wont lie, if they go on sale of discounted a bit more then I would definitely order again to stock up to have them around the house 30 bucks again just a bit on the higher side. These are good for basic first aid when don't want to take up space for gauze pads and a roll and with the fact its an all in one dressing kinda justifies the cost I suppose.

Great items
Trauma kits aren’t complete with at least one. I ordered 10 and issued them to my range safety officers as part of their trauma kits. Quality product

Emergency Wound Care
I am taking these compact and light weight bandages and storing them in various key locations - my everyday carry kit, my backpacking first aid, range bags, home first aid supplies,...

These are not the “Israeli Bandages” you are looking for
The add calling them Israeli battle dressings is deceitful. They are cheap, first aid kit bandages that happen to have IDF style description on the package. They are not in any way “battle dressings” and are most certainly not the “Israeli bandages” I thought I was buying. They seemed like a bulk value until they arrived. They are way overpriced for what they actually are.

I should have read it before ordering
To start off, I was searching for the term Israeli Bandage. There were many listings.I selected the listing that had 10 for 50.00, and I ordered it.I should have researched this better. I expected the Israeli Emergency Bandage that had a tightening clamp. This is not that bandage. This is a 4" x 4" 1/4 in thick gause pad with 3' of thin gause on each side of the 4" pad.Since I opened up one upon arrival so I could practice putting it on myself and then to someone else, I can't return it. (I don't think)Needless to say, I was disappointed that I didn't get what I expected. The take away is during your search for any item on Amazon, check all pictures and read the description carefully before you click the buy it now because it looks like what you were searching for.Good luck and God bless.

Very Small But Good Value
These bandages are very small, but a good value for the price. They are great if you are building a few first aid kits for home, vehicle and camper.

More Wound dressing than actually pressurebandage
As it says in the description, not the pressurebandage with pressure bar. More like a wounddressing with a pad that can soak some blood. If you want to stop a string bleeding with this, you will need additional bandages to fix and build up actual pressure on the wound. No chance for one handed use. Not as fast application in an emergency as with the real pressure bandages.
