Games Workshop - Warhammer 40,000 - Astra Militarum Baneblade

This kit literally contains are parts needed to make every variant of super heavy tank. A modeler with some skill and magnets could build all versions based on one hull if they so desired. With the overall cost of the kit this one thing could very well make the kit's cost worth it. Moreover, if you should decide that one veriant is all you'd prefer to have, there are plenty of spare parts to build any number of things with. Definitely a kit well worth the cost.

Model is very impressive, huge! Goes together pretty easily and looks amazing.

Title needs clarification. The tank is awesome, if not lacking in a few regards. The instructions, on the other hand, need to be elaborated on. There’s a pair of wheels at the front that have a certain position they need to be in or else they cantor and end up crooked by the time you put the tracks onOn the upside, you’re getting all 8 versions you get to decide on building. I’d personally recommend watching a guide to magnetize the thing so you get your money’s worth and can swap between all versions at any time.You also get the option to have a tank commander on foot, a commander in the hatch, and a gunner in the gunner hatch, and you don’t have to decide on either of them, you can build all of them

The Baneblade is the biggest model I have built to date. It is a lot of fun to build and use. I do recommend if you already have 2000 points.

the baneblade is arguably the best piece of armor in the guard codex and it shows. There are 6 different ways to put this bad boy together. As for price its actually pretty good for what you get compared to most other GW products. this thing is a monster both to display and use on tabletop, overall a solid buy.

Did not disappoint. As soon as I put it on the field, terror struck my buddies as we began our battle! Yes, it was a priority target of theirs, and yes, I did lose the battle since I'm not a great tactician and kind of noob still, but the Baneblade wreaked so much havoc on their forces before being taken out, it was so pleasing.I built the standard Baneblade for my first super heavy model. If we play higher point matches or I start teaming up with someone with a good infantry support army/detachment I will absolutely invest in more of these, particularly the Shadowsword.The model comes with all the wargear options for all the other super heavy builds.It was shipped fast and in perfect condition.

Now this here Is a Baneblade. Its a chunky boy. Comes with a commander, stubbers, and meltas (1 set of sponsons) assebly is a bit tricky with tracks. (Watch a guide, the idler wheel and sprocket wheels dont attatch to the external armor, only the inner track assembly and hull) absolutely magnetize this absolute unit.

I liked that it came with all the parts but however. I hate the fact that I have to choose which variant I wanted why cant I get all 8 in the box as well as lights. Overall it is fun to build and yes if you want all 8 variations you will have to get magnets from the magnet baron.

Bought for my son. really loves building this. Price did go up and down on this item by nearly £20. Bought at lowest price though so very happy.

If you are looking for a build with tons of options this is well worth the time and money

Some constructive criticism. An external sticker on the box almost gave away the surprise but I managed to grab it out of my son's hand before he read it.Quite expensive !

Be careful with opening as mine was very loose
