Whether you need these for your covod or flu jab ( centres often "forget" to swab before injecting which although advised, in my experience that advice is not followed, not do they apply a plaster, and injection sites should be covered for at least half an hour after injection, cotton wool and tape will do) Or, like me, you have regular injections at home, these are good quality wipes, a good size for cleaning injection sites before Injection. On that note, these are not designed for cleaning hands, these are injection swabs, and will be far too small to clean hands, just thought I would mention this in case you are not aware there is a significant difference. I have been having home injections for over a decade now so have tried a number of different brands and these are just right. The box contains all the individually sealed wipes, each is in its own hermetically sealed foil pouch so easy to take with you and ensures the alcohol doesn't evaporate, and that the wipes remain sterile. I usually buy mine from a medical supply store, but had unexpectedly run out before my next order was due so glad I found these here for next day delivery.

Use these before injections and they’ve been spot on. Small, compact, and easy to tear open, even when you're half-asleep or juggling other supplies. Moist enough to clean properly without feeling soaked, and they don’t fall apart mid-wipe like some cheaper ones. They do dry out after about 15 minutes if left out, but that’s on me, not the wipe. For quick, effective use, they’re perfect. The pack’s lasted me weeks and still going strong, great value. Thin enough to stash in a travel kit, durable enough not to feel flimsy. No drama, just clean skin and peace of mind. Them being so compact and portable is a bonus. Can take them with you wherever you go.

I bought these wipes for cleaning my munjaro pen, they have proven to be effective for that purpose. I can’t really speak for the cleaning power of this product but the percentage of alcohol should be sufficient to disinfect surfaces. The wipes arrived in good condition, wet and not dried out, they are small in size but durable for its use. I believe for the quantity that you get they provide an average value for money and I would probably buy them again as they do clean effectively.

Excellent little wipes for sanitising skin prior to an intramuscular injection. Each wipe measures around 6cm x 3cm (approx. 2.5 inches x 1.25 inches) and have a two-year shelf-life. All of the ones I have tried so far have been very well moistened with the isopropyl alcohol solution. None of them have been dry or funky-smelling. Excellent purchase, bought for around £3.50 in September 2025.

The product is good for its primary purpose, cleaning skin prior to injection. But I use them for other applications where 70% isopropyl alcohol is an ideal cleaning solution. The wipe is packaged in approximately a 3.5 cm square, but unfolds to a size of approximately 3.5cm X 7cm. They are appropriately saturated with the isopropyl alcohol (not dripping wet, but not too dry). They are also great for cleaning applications where quick evaporation is ideal, for example, around electronics (assuming you know that the materials are not vulnerable to damage from alcohol). I’ve used it on contact surfaces of remote controls, computer mouses, and laptop keys with good results getting grime off effectively without leaving buildup and evaporating in seconds. For more sensitive electronics, you should use 99% isopropyl alcohol, so only use these where small amounts of water are not a problem. The single use sachet is great for portable use if you want a way to quickly disinfect or remove sticky substances from your hand on the go but don’t want to carry around hand sanitiser or hate the way hand sanitiser leaves residue on your skin. It’s also great for cleaning things like hotel remotes.
