However this is my 3rd order and the bottles are different. Did they change the packaging?** A: They changed packaging and the formula. This new extra-strength serum is thinner it doesn't do the same as the original extra-strength serum. I use all the frizz ease products for many yrs. I use the coconut shampoo,coconut conditioner & Hair Spray & the extra strength serum. I have naturally curly long hair I blow dry in the winter or let it dry naturally in the summer. I really wish Jon Frieder would bring back the original extra-strength serum formula because this new one doesn't do the job and I'm very disappointed. **Q: Is this the old formula with silk or the new one with bamboo?** A: It is made with silk. I discovered it about 25 years ago, yes that long, when my hair was ruined by a stylist who said it was ok to color my hair and then perm it a week later.WRONG My hair was fried.
